I just got this same exact message from Harry Miller, it's been over 5yrs, why are you calling me with this mess. He was trying to scare me told me I had until Monday to pay it off. Really sir???

Reported him to the Michigan Department of Labor & Economic Growth.  This man does not scar me at all so if you read this please repot this guy and send no moneysv to him at all call you local police department.

Miller left 2 calls on my VM threatening criminal action for check fraud and theft regarding an old payday loan with Ace Cash Express.  Totally illegal under both federal and state law (Indiana)..  For starters, it's been over 5 years (statute for theft in IN).  In addition, in Indiana, a payday lender cannot file criminal charges for default, and if they use civil means to collect, can only get dollar amount of the loan plus post judgment interest charges.

FRAUD, SCAM, FAKE.  Reporting to the IN Attorney General.

called several times looking for my daughter who they said has check fraud charges. Want to help

Got a few messages stating that I must respond or they will report the fraud case to the local and state authorities.  I have a courtesy 24 hours to respond.  called back and spoke to "Investigator Reese".  She claimed that she couldn't locate the file.  This is a scam!

THis damn phone number has been calling me about check Fraud!!  they are soo F-ing RUde to you on the phone and trying to get money out of me when it isnt even me!! where do i turn this guys in at and get them to stop calling this is freaking messed up!!

Okay...I come home from work and I have a voice message from an "Investigator Diggs" (female voice), telling me that I need to call back immediately as this is a very serious case of possible fraud against me, and they leave a file number to refer to.  THIS IS A SCAM!!  I will not even acknowledge this call and I have not received any additional calls from them since.  If it was so urgent, they would have called again and again.  I wouldn't worry about it, if any one is freaking out about this.  Don't even respond to the call.  I'm going to put a block on this phone number as well as another number that just recently started calling me.  Watch out for 845-678-1276.  That is another SCAM!!  They use the same scare tactics and rattle off random file numbers, etc...

i keep receiving calls from this number. I AM NOT THE PERSON YOURE LOOKING FOR!... I keep telling them to put me on a do not call list or something.  they keep asking for this person that i am not affiliated with, or related to.  how can i get them to stop calling me.
