One more useless annoying call from these scumbags.... I have had so many now that if I were to find out where they are I would board a plane, go to their offices and do unspeakably vile things to them, their offices, their families and their pets....

I'm so fed up with this credit card scam, it's been going on for years and the government does nothing about it.  The do not call list is worthless.  Who would ever deal with these terrible people?  They insult you, threaten you and expect to make money?  Why do they do this?  I have never hated anybody until now but I loathe and despise them and get so mad when they call that it ruins my evening.  Yes, I am seeing a psychologist and he feels the same way about these pests.  I have never had a balance and pay my bill the day it arrives and am treated like some deadbeat by people who don't know me.  Enough already with this human garbage.

Called 11/28/2011  at 1:56 pm Call Type: Credit Card Debt Repair.  Referring to my credit card debt, that I never carry. She hung up after I asked that my phone be dropped from their list. She hung up half way through my  request. Specifically and totally rude. I believe that if I pursued it enough that I could probably make enough money for the wife and I to take a two week cruise and still have some left over. Today the news announced that something was passed in either Congress, Senate, or both, that solicitors must have in writing that they are authorized to call and harass us. At least that is a step in the right direction.

Rules and laws are only obeyed by honest people.  Criminals don't obey rules and laws.  That's why rules and laws don't bother criminals.  More rules and laws only harass the honest folk.  Who pays the salaries of the officials that pass their rules and laws?  The honest taxpayers.  Who convinces the officials that they should ignore their own rules and laws?  The criminals.  I could beat this dead horse for another hundred years, but some folks will never get it.  Maybe they should pass another law!

NEVER thought of that ... but, I bet you are correct.  I bet these phone scams are financed by illegal means such as drug cartels or organized crime. There are just too many out there that fall for scams, I find it terribly sad, too. I never/ever answer my phone when I see an unknown number and/or name on the caller ID.  Even a high school graduate should be able to see through these scams, just saying.

The person who owns these #s appears to actually be Stephen Hamilton with a company called PacficTel not the phone company but a scammer telemarketign company. Mr. Hamilton's direct personal # is 310-895-0574 - feel free to call him and harrass him right back. The address associated with PacificTel is 12228 Venice Blfd. #559 Los Angeles CA 90066 - a scummy apartment area in East LA. I looked Elite Services up online; I hadn't heard or dealt with them prior to the scam call.

I got a call this morning, and waited for an operator,and said that I get at least one call a day, sometimes several, and every time I push "3" to be taken off the list, and every day I get a call, sometimes several.  They want to lower my credit card.  They just hand up on me when I talk to a person.  I have NO credit cards.  HOW  DO  I  STOP  THIS????  It's becoming extremely. annoying.

Similar, if not identical, robocall saying there is no problem with credit, but URGENT to respond ...

May be 'spoofing' number, to get thru my security screen (available thru CenturyLink).

Doesn't identify who is calling, or what company, all in violation of DoNotCall.

third time i have received call from this number. shows up on caller id.i am listed on "do not call list". will report to ftc.

ONLY THING THAT STOPS THESE CALLS is recognizing by callerid the number is spoofed, basically the number that shows up lists a state and unknown caller, then letting your answering machine answer and having at the start of your answering machine greeting a disconnected number tone found here:

Just record that at the start of your answering machine greeting, and let the answering machine pick up when you don't recognize the number. The robocall software thinks the number is disconnected when it hears that disconnect tone, and they stop calling, this is the ONLY WAY they stop calling your number. No matter how many times you speak to someone and say remove me from list, or hitting 5 or whatever to stop receiving these calls, this disconnected number tone is the only thing that stops these animals. This scam has been going on for years, no matter how many complaints you make to the fcc and ftc and do not call registry list, nothing WORKS, just this disconnect tone! Good luck people and spread the word!

I filed a product complaint with Price Chopper food chain about a bad product.  A telephone# is required.  The next day, I was deluged with these calls.  Coincidence?  I don't think so.

I am CONSTANTLY getting calls about credit cards from this number...I HAVE NONE! When I press the number to speak to someone, they hang up. When I call the number back, it belong to some poor college kid. This is horrible. This poor kid has a message that he IS NOT a credit card company. Someone has to be able to do something about this.

I get calls from this number every week and even though I "opt" out they still keep calling.
