The last time the number came in as Out of Area. The time before was MJM & Associate.  I think the last message was a female that used the same 800 return number as Canadian Bonded Credit or Canadian Bonded Credits Ltd.  From another site it says these are phone spammers and it takes 18 months to get them to stop. Longer if you actually answer the phone.
