This is a law firm in seattle. I delt with them when a loan I was past due on went to collections. The woman assigned to my case was could not have been nicer. She worked out a reasonable payment plan with me, was always so nice when I would call in with my payment, and if I forgot she would give me a gentle reminder call. It took me a little over a year to pay off the loan, she congratulated me when I did and I actually kind of missed talking to her every month. I could not have asked for a better experience with a debt collector.

I keep getting this call from this law firm, but they keep asking for a Louise. I've tried to tell them they have the wrong number, but they keep calling and leaving messages for a Louise. I've stopped answering these calls now.

The name appears as Krystal White not as Biship White & Marshall Collection company. Why is that? Is that legal?

This call came through during my supper meal. They did not leave a message. I am not going to call long distance if they don't leave a message to identify who they are representing.

I keep getting calls from this number, they don't leave messages and when I pick up the phone it is dead, then hangs up. Never communicated with anyone at this number, just lots of hang ups and no messages.

Actually, they are a law firm in Seattle, Washington who do collections for several credit cards. They will almost always file a law suit but they will settle for about .40 cents on the dollar. As far as collectors go, they are pretty decent.

Asked about a person working for a business, I know the person, but has never worked for me and don't believe the person would say they did.
