called and hanged up the phone..didnt say anything

So who is this number?

I got a call from this number, picked up and heard a "peep" and got hung up on.

Just got a call from that number but looked it up while it was ringing and didn't answer. They didn't leave a voice mail message.

Got a call from 2066298692. "YPR" is actually Yellow Pages Research. They just aske a couple questions as to how often i used the yellow pages. I must have gotten on their call list from signing up with a new phone bundle. It seemed harmless

This number has called me two days in a row. I never answer numbers i don't know...good thing i didn't if it's a telemarketers...

we get this call 10 12 times per week, our messaging machine says BCPF, we never answer and I am sick of these idiots calling non stop, if it is a veteran organization then they would represent themselfs as such, i am a vet, I used vet services and i give back to vet services that i know are not only legal but legitimate, there is no excuse for the AG or someone stopping these calls, but agian, no one will do a single thing about these calls

I receive a call around 7pm. The rep had very unprofessional tone requesting requesting a donation for vets. I ask for an address so I may mail a check they stated we will send you some thing in the mail. I advised for them  not to waste there time because I wish to talk to make wife. They stated we will just send you some thing in the mail and hung up.

Yea...What a scam.

We've been getting about 2 calls a day from this number for the past month, including sundays and nighttimes. The ID is VVOW, we never pick up, and they never leave a message. Sometimes they don't wait for the last ring before vmail starts, which seems particularly weird if they're soliciting $.

We're on Do Not Call, btw.

If this is a genuine vets line, I have sympathy, but this is verging on harassment. Any honest solicitor should leave a message with a return # and then leave you alone.

Got call from VVOW, 206-629-8629.  No one was at the other end when I anzwered.  Caution: Don't give them anything.  I believe its a scam.

same # called for my grandmother who passed away 2 years ago.  again, young guy with no tact.  I said "this is no longer Bonnie's number since she passed away" and it was like I had told him his friend wrecked a car or something more mundane "what?  When?  How did that happen?" with that insipid 'young person tone' we're all familiar with.

Called in the evening @ 630pm. Very rude young man asking for $25 for homeless vietnam veterans.

I told him I am a veteran; he then said "well really its for all veterans".

I asked him why he changed his story; he then said "its for your brothers, I know your brothers in war deserve your help"

I told him I had served in Panama. He told me he hoped I would be homeless by next year, and hung up.

Made me wanna drive to Seattle and tell them in person how offended I was.

Called in the AM, answered but noone there.  For what purpose?

No one is there when you answer.  If I let it go to the recorder they don't leave a message but call right back.

Rang three times, disconnected. On caller ID was this number and V V O W. I'm on the Do Not Call List, but still they call.

Just got another one ... on a Sunday yet.

I got a call from this number asking who the owner is. I told them to hold for a minute so I could get to a quiet place to hear them and they had already hung up by the time I got there. Seems like a telemarketer to me.

The office where I work got a call from this number and was extremely evasive--only wanted to talk to the business owner.  I said I am the assistant, and the business owner doesn't actually answer the phones, may I ask what the call is regarding?  And they just kept pressing for the name of the business owner so they could call back later.  :(

I received a call from this number at my place of business - the caller knew my name, but hung up before asking for anything.

Actually, if you get a call from this number, it's a soliciting call from the Vietnam veterans of Washington state.

206 629 8629 Telemarketers - I hit the redial and got a message

This number called me. No one said anything. I called back. The phone picked up but no one said anything. Prankster?
