I am so glad i googled this guy he is a scam artist was using the same info on me too and Yes he replies now with the name Annie Malisa- Thank you everyone!!!!

This same form of email is now linked to a female reserves flight doctor named Annie Malisa who is scamming people on craigslist.  Same story with Western Union and also listed the same wire address for her shipping company.

I am so glad I googled this guy and found this information. The above e-mail (the first example) is the exact one he sent to me in regards to my Bass Tracker. I hope they catch this guy soon and put him behind bars!

I listed a tractor for sale on Craigslist and was contacted by a Kester Ed (kesteredworld111@gmail.com and kesteredworld@gmail.com)who wanted to buy the tractor for $5000.  He said that he was in the military and could not pick the tractor up or send a payment for the tractor through the mail.  He wanted to hire a shipper to pick the tractor up and ship it to his son in Poland as a gift.  The shipper would charge $995.  He wanted to pay through paypal, so I opened a paypal account to accept his payment.  Instead of paying for the tractor via paypal, he requested that I wire money via Western Union for the $995 shipping fee to a shipper's address he provided.  He would then repay me for the shipping and the tractor with $5995 via paypal.  This was a red flag, so I stopped communication with him and wrote this report. I've also contacted the FTC and filed a complaint and I'm in the process of filing a report with the FBI. It appears that he has enough complaints about scamming for the FBI to become involved and take action.  Not only is it illegal to conduct these scamms, it is also illegal to impersonate military personel.  There is ample evidence that he is consistently doing both.  He is a true scumb bag.

"Good to have your reply,I am Kester Ed, from southwest VA and would have love to come for further face to face inspection at your residence myself, but I am a US Army Reserves working as a flight doctor under the auspices of the aircraft Maintenance here in Virginia. I am buying this for my son in Warsaw,Poland, as a surprise gift and understand i want you assure me it's in condition described. I will appreciate more pictures if available and will be sending your money asap. My shipper will be available to pick this up as soon as payment is made. Do you have paypal account? because, I have a paypal account that I can easily send money through because, its good for business payments. Get back to me with your paypal email address and name in order for me to have your money sent on time. Confirm sale to me and remove the add from posting."

So get back to paypal via mail "with the details on the receipt that will be given to you at the Western Union Money Transfer office after you have had the money sent" in order for paypal to complete the full processing of your funds and your money made available for cash out in your account. I got the same thing from "Ed Kester" He claims hes in the military and then tries to get you to wire money to him after he sends you a BOGUS paypal email that looks legit and appears there money pending in your acccount... Hence I went to my paypal account and there was nothing pending!!!  Hes a real a**hole!
He tried to act like his money was irreversible and tried to make be out as a dishonest seller and really puts the pressure on!  His NUMBER IS ALSO 206 337 4305!!! He seems like he may be from India because he uses regards at the end of most sentences!! BEWARE and NEVER wire money!!!!  He never called me but thats at the end of his emails he uses that matches all the others!

Hello, I have received emails also from this number, and his name is Kester Ed now. He wants to buy a car from me on Craigslist, he said he is a marine military training in San Diego. He asked me to send him paypal info.
Scam.~~~Don't be trapped.

You guys, thanks for the important information. I just got an email from him and he wants to buy something from me but he insists on using only paypal. I am going to end my conversation with him immediately. BTW he now has a new number 206-337-4305

Yep, me too, he also calls himself Gregory W Moore aka Gregory Wade aka Greg Wade -tel. 206-666-4903 e-mail:grgwd001@globomail.com - claims to be a Trainee Marine Engineer out of San Diego, this guy is up to no good-do not give him any information about anything-just heard on the news about one person that was scammed out of $200K-they worked him for 2 years online. Now a days the only safe way is cash upfront and get a bill pen authenticator at any office supply store and check the bills. Never see any potential buyers alone. Good luck!

The person named Gregory Wade gives this number as his own and requests paypal information for items listed on Craigslist.
