I had strong doubts so I did a lot of research concerning this Sharon Davis, and by chance I just read your post !
I have the exact same infos, plus a so-called agent in the UK : James Brant - 51 Sydney St - London who is supposed to receive the payment.
This is the 2d time in 3 days I almost get scammed, I'm kind of desperate to find honnest people on this planet...

My daughter was SCAMMED by a false REMAX agent who wrote in an email :
"We strongly recommend that you also FAX the Western Union payment receipt to our Central Fax Number: +1 (206) 666-5696. "
I want to know who is the user of that fax number. I also have this information:
"If you have any questions please contact Sharon Davis or contact our Consultant (LiveConsulting@USA.com)"
they use that email address : remax.co@usa.com
