I talked and talked to a CR and finally got them to say they would refund me for the last 6 months and that was 2 months ago and in that 2 monthsthey have charged me another $19.99 each month!!!!!!!

The statute of limitations for fraud charges is 60 days so your bank may or may not reimburse the charges beyond the 60-day limit. You must review your bank statement every month and report fraud charges promptly.

I have been getting charged for months on my bank account from Real BB Essent,I don't use real player or order games.I have tried calling there # 206 674-2650 and never get an answer. how can I get reimbursed for this?

I received a bill for 19.99 from this company.  I have no idea what it is for.  I looked at some of the other problems people are having and it sounds like it is for games.  I am not into GAMES.  So, u are charging me for something I did not purchase.  How did you get my credit card number.  You stole my number.  I want the money back into my account.  I will be calling my credit union in the morning to complain.

I didn't get a call from this number but saw it listed as info on a charge to my debit card for $1.00:

Fortunately I'm set up with my bank for email notifications of internet & phone purchases.  I called my bank when I got their email and they are investigating it.  They are issuing me a new bank card with a new number and PIN (damn - another number to memorize!).

Yep, it is a perfect repeating charge in the fine print.  This is a company called Real Bradband Essentials part of RealNetworks, Inc.   It all started when I ordered a product from Smartsubs.com.  The fine print states that "Real Broadband Essentials - You will not be charged during the 30-Day Trial period. If you do not cancel within 30 days of your sign-up date, you will be charged US$12.99 for each month thereafter."   The Rn *REAL Bb Essentials is what will start appearing on your credit card.  Here are the phone numbers to reach RealNetworks to cancel.  888-474-2650, 206-674-2650.

There is a charge for $14.14 on my current American Express statement. The phone number given is 206-674-2650. I have had no dealings with this company.

My response posted before I finished.

I ordered a game from GameHouse online and it charged my card $8.99 which is fine because I wanted this game.  But then today my card gets hit with an $8.99 charge from Real.com and a $1.00 charge from them too.

I have contacted our state Attorney General as well as I am going to my bank to once again report Real.com for fraud.  I have had so many issues with them over the years it is not funny.  Continually charging me when I haven't had an account for over 18 months, I deleted all REAL products from my computer and I refuse to use or trust them ever again.

I too received a charge from Real.com and at first my wife asked me if I ordered another game.  I ordered a game the other day and it hit for the same charge of $8.99, but now Real.com has hit my bran new card with two charges.  One for $8.99 and one for $1.00 (which is listed as a hold on my account).

I called the phone number listed on my bank statement 206-674-2650 which is for REAL.com and some Habib sounding characters gave me the run around.  I asked if they had any American's who I could understand working there and I was transferred to another middle eastern sounding person.

Sorry but after 9-11, I don't trust them and I am certainly not giving them my card number over the phone.

Just saw this on my credit card, called and it was real player, however, it was for a game I had downloaded for my son, Lemonade Tycoon. I thought this one was a scam but I owe this one

I received two charges from real.com or real music what did you have to do to fix the problem.

Have been charged for 5 months (slipped past me) for services not ordered for Real Music etc.
