Just got the same call from 000-000-0000 and then was refered to this number and was told it was a $280.00 fee to collect a $7000.00  grant for not being a felon or something.  They claim they are from the US government.

I just received a call from a 000000000 number and the guy told me I was a winner if a gov grant of $7000 all u had to do is send him $400 to verify that it was me. I told him why would I have to pay the gov money if I won a grant. I said tge gov knows who I am I pay taxes every year and I have a CA ID so that should be sufficient. He said, ok never mind .... Lol

same thing just happened to me 10 minutes ago...they wanted me to send 200 by western union, and I refused...after going around for a couple of minutes about it, the person got very angry and I hung up

Whoever Sam is calling from US Payday Loan Dept...Sounds to good to be true. He tells you the you been approved for a loan $3000.00 and you pay $199.00 back a month for 18 months. When calling you it shows up UNKNOWN... He tells you to call Ben Kelley back at 206 855 3277 and he will tell you what you ha ve to do. He gives you number for cross reference. Shut the people down for running a scam. He claims their website is fastloanservice.com

I'm so glad I searched this phone number and found your postings. I just saved $199. Payday loans said to send them $199 to Western Union for a verification process and once they get it I will receive my $2,000 loan. The guy even told me he will stay on the phone with me till I receive the loan. He did not want to provide me the info where to send it till i was at Western Union. I called back started to ask questions and every thing was very suspicious. I guess its true what people say." if it sounds to good to be true then it must not be true"

Wanted me to go to walmart and spend $200

they called cussiing me out and saying this isnt a scam.

they scammed me out of $200 saying they need to verify ability to pay back a payday loan. they are a scam do not do any busniess with them whatsoever

This number is harassing me at work. Claims that I have taken on-line cash advances and that I will be arrested when I get home. When I asked them to stop calling my work they started yelling at me. Screaming.. I never did get arrested.. this is a scam. Wish there was something I could do to get them to stop calling me at work!!!!
