Another fake call from the Seattle, WA area.

I got this call today, no message.  I read the posts and then googled Childhood Leukemia Foundation and the phone number on the caller ID.  It uncovered a lot of complaints about them, and this is one interesting comment:

I called the number listed on this page to tell them they are harassing me and need to take me off their list.

Kate, the nice lady on the phone told me they don't block their phone number from caller ID, and they keep getting reports from people in California who are saying someone is claiming to be them looking for donations.

So if you are in California, assume the caller is a FRAUD!

I told Kate I'm so sorry someone is using their name to scam other people and she was very good natured about it, saying she's glad people are calling to let them know.  So if you get these calls, assume it's a fraud. There are some real sickos out there, using kids with cancer to scam people out of money!

Consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

Called, but does not leave a message. This is an out of area call. Just another bugger phone call.

Same as Lc.  No message.  ID says innovative Help.

Called yesterday.... silence.

Called today... the woman claims to be calling from the "Childhood Leukemia Society". Most likely fraudulent.

They called.  Did not answer. Caller ID says Innovative Help. They bother so much.
