Its a scam to get your card number

Keep getting calls from this number.  No one ever answers the phone when I speak.  I hang up and try to call them, but can't connect.  I am on the "do not call list" but this one has phoned me dozens of times.

This number calls at the 59 min point of every hour. When I have let my machine pick up, they hang up w/o leaving a msg. When I answer, they say nothing, yet I hear lots of background noise... like maybe a telemarketer setting.

I got a call asking first for name Email and address I felt it was per recorded although it was faking a real voice. I asked an out of ordinary question and no response and they hung up. Said I won a gift card for a survey I 'participated' in.
