Who the hell is this guy and why it keep calling everybody?

I get a call from this number as well and it is from my wife in Viet Nam. I am in the States and I think it is an international switchboard. Often the caller ID shows no number or numbers from unfamiliar area codes within the US.

I received a call from the UK -a an oral interview, the phone number must be an international switchboard as Alice indicated.  I suppose anyone can use the number.

Got a call from this number on my cell - picked up, since it looked like a local number (206 area code), and it was my father calling from Britain!! Perhaps it is some kind of international switchboard?

i was taking a nap, when this number called.. i have no idea who this is...

I got a call from this number too today, never picked it up. Who is this weirdo?

he called and left a very long voice mail that sounded like a demon growling.  Very weird.

I got three calls last night from this phone number between 12:30am and 12:34am. The first time my girlfriend picked up and a male made some very harrassing comments to her. I also received a couple calls from 206-905-1612 in the same time frame.

I got missed call amd then i tried back it said that the number not in Service!!!!!

Got a call today. I am going to try call barring on my crack berrry.

I got a call from this number I tried to call it back got a fast busy.

Have received calls on two different cell phones.
I don't answer unless I know the number.

Harrasment Call.  He pretends that he doesn't understand.  Report to the Police and don't answer.

206-973-2696 AND 206-905-1612 ARE SEATTLE voice over internet protocol numbers (VoIP), I have received both numbers among a string of mistaken calls from Mexico 52-753-103-0351.

HA HA!!!! YOU HAVE ALL BEEN PRANK CALLED! APRIL FOOLS EVERYONE (I'M THE CALLLER)

This is a calling card from overseas! Usually someone you know trying to contact you. Answer it!

just now i also got call from this number.stupid call.

This is clearly a number used by international long distance services. I've had several legitimate calls from this number. It is not necessarily spam by itself.

I got a missed call from this number and it turned out to be a friend from china who was calling. My assumption is that it got routed through a local number in Seattle  before getting to me.

Got a call this morning; a long voicemail was left with weird skreeching noises.

I called Seattle and this is how my number displayed on the other end. Any ideas? Is this something to worry about?

this is my boyfriend and its a tale of unfutunate events he called me yesterday and I had little minutes so I tried to call back I was woundering could this have been a three way call

Have gotten three calls:  two yesterday and one today. I wasn't able to answer any of these, but none left a message.  Called back and got busy signal a few times and a "Could not complete this call" service message a couple times.
