Three calls this morning...so I called back, and got a recording asking me to press 1 for placement on their DNC list.  I did, but then I got to thinking...they've called me dozens of times, right?  I'd better call back dozens of times every 2 minutes or so and request removal.  Let's see how they like it.  Think they'll get my message?

I reached a call center at 877-646-7319 that removes phone numbers from their callers list that do not want to be called again.  It was fast and easy and I haven't gotten anymore calls.

Calls themselves "Merchant Fund Corp" and calls both business and residential numbers (including violating the "do not call" lists for the state and federal.  Uses an auto-dialer which is against FCC rules for residential numbers.

Company keeps calling despite asking to be removed from list (I pressed one and left a message).  They claim to be called Wisdom Finance.  Offering business grants.

No message left.

Save the number in your phone's address book under the name of DO NOT ANSWER. Then set the ring tone to NONE. They can call all they want and your phone doesn't do squat! :-)

They called me today -- and stole my mojo!

Dont answer 800, 888, 877 or out of town calls you don't know. I've never answered one that wasn.t bull s***.

Been getting these calls for months now. Consistantly calling and hanging up. Makes no sense. BTW Looking at all the posts, how long will it take to get these calls to stop?

That's a good system if you already have it.

It is not cost effective to get just to block these a**holes!

I have my business calls forwarded to my cell, so these jerks are wasting my time and cell phone minutes.  I hang up as soon as I heard the robocall.  I then put on refuse list and my block list at the office.  The Attorney General's office told me to report the robo calls to donotcall.gov because they compile list to stop and prosecute these robocall companies.  It is the only way they can compile the info to do this.

After I wouldn't give the caller any information, he said "Okay B**ch, go back to work now and collect your two hunder dollars."

How do companies like this, not get shut down?

Got a call from this number at my business. When I picked up, it disconnected. Caller ID showed Merch Fund Co and the number.

I get calls pretty frequently about credit card processing, and I have no doubt this is what the calls are all about. I don't take cards for payment, because the business is not set up for it, and the vast majority of my customers don't use cards for payment anyway. And on top of all that, I'm not in business to make money for someone else.

It's too bad businesses aren't/can't be included in the DNC lists.

They call 3 or 4 times a day, and never answer....kind of weird

Calls from several different numbers, several times a day...told me it was a chiropractic office offering free exam from a doctor's office in our area..the number is from CA and I'm from MI. They are calling a place of business not a personal number!

PRB, you're my hero. Can you supply me with more info some my company can also do the same? We get two or three of these calls a day- not including the ones in which the sales person actually asks you a direct sales question (IE: "Where do you currently buy uyour toner?") which is also greeted with a phone slam.

Any info would be appreciated.

These calls are a nuisance and I want them to stop! If I did not know the information they are trying to 'sell' me, then my BOD should fire me immediately.

I'm sure glad that this site exists. It saves me a lot of trouble. I just made this number a "contact' on my IPhone.. For the name I type in "Ignore", then I don't have to remember the phone numbers that I don't want to answer..

They sell various scams and are real close to getting busted. They read our posts and when the heats on move to a different phone number. These people are SCUM DO NOT do Business with them.......

We don't want them put in jail where the taxpayers have to support them, we want them to have to answer our phone for the rest of their lives so they can talk to others like them!

Pressed one to hear more information and talk with a "sales technician" about improving my businesses funding but unfortunately was only directed to another voicemail which said that due to the HIGH VOLUME of calls, I should leave my name and number and someone would get back to me shortly.

So, I left a name and number from some fool telemarketer who called here fifteen minutes prior!

Continuous calls and hang ups, I am searching for this individual or company, this has done it for me, I've finally snapped.  No time to do business when I'm running to get the phone from these crooks.
