Unknown caller, no message left

I receive at least 2 calls a week from this # and REALLY want it to stop!! Who can I contact with this #? There must be someone to contact who can take care of this!

I got two calls from this number one I answered then tonight I didn't.
It's totally a scam for ATM information

Another call this evening from this number,which I did not recognize,nor answer.As usual, no one ever leaves a message, so I assume it cannot be very important!!!!!!!!1

File a FTC complaint, if everybody that's posted here files the FTC will crack down on these S.O.B.s

Calls my phone no.ones there when you call back it.says "goodbye" in a creepy voice

I've gotten several phone calls from them...I don't answer it because I don't have the number in my phone. It's really annoying to get calls like this when you're busy.

Just received another call from this number, which i did not recognize,nor did I answer. These calls are coming more frequently,and no one ever leaves a message!!

Got a call from 207/208-8903 and it stated it was from WBC and they had an important message for me.  It started asking if I had ever taken the drug ??? (I don't remember the name of it ) birth control pill then they had important information for me.  I hung up so I have no idea what the rest of the message said.  I suspect it is a scam/robo call.  I have reported my call through the ftc.gov website due to the call being a robo call and I am on the do not call registry and have been since the registry started.

I get a call from this number at least once a week! I live in houlton, maine. I get this call in the late evening usually right in the middle of me trying to get my children to sleep! so annoying! and just like others say, no voice mail and just a lady saying goodbye when you call back...

Been getting these calls for about a month now..I don't answer but when I call I also get "goodbye" as well.  Have metrocast and hit *60 wait for dial tone then add area code and number then wait to hear it has been activated =they now have been blocked.  Will see what happens

I just received a call from this # and answered it..all I got was dead air. After reading the comments, i won't bother calling back or answering again!

I too have been getting calls from this number. On my phone I can add the number and then block it. You'll never know they called

Calls my house all the time & no one is there

I have recieved numerous calls from 207-208-8903 both at my home phone and cell number.....they seem to be in Portland Maine , never answer and when I call back it just says "good-bye". Some type of telscam no doubt.

Yes, I am from Maine and this was my second call. When I called back I got " good bye" too

Same thing! The call me and I call back to hear "good bye". Obviously, some scam. Are you all in Maine? This looks like a local call. Someone is trying hard to run a game.

I have recieved 2 calls from 1.207.208.8903. Both times I was busy so I couldnt answer it but when I call it back its an automated lady that says, "good bye" then hangs u up. Its really bothering me cuz I want to know who the hell it is. If it is something about an atm card then Im all set cuz I dont have one!!

Just received a call from this number, also received a call 2 days ago from the same number. My bank told me it is a scam that will tell you your ATM card has been deactivated.
