I suggest a big class action, contingency fee, multi million or billion dollar lawsuit against the holder of the numbers involved and the phone companies allowing this.  I asked AT & T to allow us to block numbers and for a fee.....bs.....bs.....you get the picture.  Sue these b*****ds....

Come on people,do some research,most,if not all of these scammer numbers that appear on your caller ID are spoofed,that means that you ARE NOT seeing the actual phone numbers that these low-life grifters are calling from,that's why it does absolutely NO GOOD to report them to anyone,best advice,do not answer any calls from numbers that you don't recognize,or,if you have the time and spirit of adventure,play along,act dyslectic,drunk,stupid and/or senile,give them B-S info ONLY,string them along till they cry uncle,start cursing like a drunken sailor,and hang up ON YOU.Then know the quiet satisfaction of having met the enemy and won,till the next inevitable scammer call.Be safe out there fellow suckers.

The person I spoke to after pressing one and politely asking to be removed began talking to me like I was on a sex line. I was shocked and said wowo that's inappropriate. He continued saying nasty things and I said I was going to report this to the state atty general, he kept going so I shouted DO NOT CALL AGAIN and hung up on him

I waited through the automated message telling me why they were calling just to ask someone to take me off the list. Instead what I got from this "company" was a guy who started to talk to me like I was on a sex chat line. I was polite when he answered and asked to be taken off the list. Right away he said I sounded sexy, I said Wow that was inappropriate and he said inappropriate? No baby you just need_________(nasty!!!!). I told him I would report him the the state atty general in Maine (I recognized the area code) and as he continued I said it one more time and hung up, Who the hell are these people and how are they getting away with this???? Why isn't this "call center" shut down, fined and everyone arrested for fraud?????

Debt reduction

For three years this company under its different guises has call our emergency response number at least twice daily. When told this is a emergency number, they just hang up and keep calling. This company needs to be tracked down and exterminated. I have filed on them with our state and the federal site, they seem unable or unwilling to destroy this company. I am contemplating starting a class action suit against them as in our case they are putting the public in danger

Get these all of the time with a different number every time! The DO NOT CALL list is meaningless .....

    It's not, it's a group of scammers and flim-flammers.  They don't care that they are harrassing everybody in the country on a daily basis.

"Also, if you answer with anything but, YES, at the onset of the call, they will hang up on you. Do yourself a favor-beat them to it. Hang up as soon as you get the call. Pressing a number to be taken off their list, does not work, as I've tried that, too!"
    Oh no, don't hang up, hit 1 and waste AS MUCH of their time as possible.  I kept one on for 10 minutes while I was "looking for the card bill in the mail".  (I don't even have a credit card.)  Remember, they called you, so after you've wasted some of their time, you can be as rude as you want to them too.

Thanks, Tom. I just didn't answer the call today from that number because I had that feeling it was "B-S." Happens every Friday, regardless of how many times you ask them to "REMOVE ME FROM YOUR CALLING LIST." They're scamming, low-life idiots! Next time they call, I might answer and have a very loud horn to honk into their ears!  LOL

Right after this call came in, which I didn't answer, a webpage looking message appeared on the screen. After I checked my email and text, no incoming messages showed up in those area from anyone new. They must have a technique to create spam off a phone call.

Got a call last nite-as I can see by all the postings out here, scammers are at it again. They did not leave a msg-so I know it was not important! Will not even try to call them back!

The spoofed numbers always changing does not help and it takes time to track these clowns down. This isn't CSI on TV where it gets solved in a hour!

The card service scammers    WILL   "service" our credit cards,   BUT,   when they finish "servicing" them, they will have no available credit remaining!

I've received numerous calls lately about lowering my credit card interest rate, from various phone numbers. When I've asked what company they represent, they hang up. When I tried to ask one guy to take me off their list, he used profanity and told me I had interrupted him, that HE was talking! And then he promptly hung up. It's definitely a huge scam, not a professional company. Do NOT give them any info.

Credit Card Adjustment. Claiming ties with my Visa Card through Chase. Hung up on me.  I live in the Tri-state area.  I was a part of the big Target breach....Call comes from a Verizon cell.

No she isn't.. but she knows more about  whats going on than what our government apparently does. After letters to various government agencies and the prosecuting attorney of Florida Pam Bondi (many of the scams seem to originate in Florida), I finally got a nice letter from the FCC ... a form letter consisting of nothing more than thanks for writing.  

The government isn't doing diddle squat. If they were sites like this wouldn't exist. If anything is going to get fixed it won't be from anything the government does.. unless these marketers start harassing government officials.
