Please do not call regarding a credit card my mother has with you.  She is a co-signer on my personal checking account and I have nothing to do with her credit card bills.  I will not address or speak to you on this matter.  This is an issue that is between you and her.

Hate to tell you FIA Card Services is Your Bank America Credit Card People. The Card is Serviced by FIA Card Services These are the Poeple That issue you the card with The Banl america Name on it is also you you pay each month if you look at your statements and envelopes. They are not a collection agency they Are the Credit Card Issuer!

If you are using a cell phone or have caller id on your landline and can id the # coming in to your phone... read and heed

if you are behind on a payment, even for a few days, and you receive a call from an out-of-state number, DO NOT ANSWER IT.  It is the collection department for a credit card company.

Record the number on your phone with DNA in front of the bank/credit card company name which you can research here.

You can also change the ringtone to recognize this number and just ignore it.

Got a call from that number. I was not in but they did not leave a message or anything.  This is the second time... dont know who they are or what they want.

Just received call from a nice person from FIA Card Services AKA Bank of America. 207.338.7761. Number is NOT Bank of America.

I will be filing a complaint with the BBB of Maine and the D.A. office. As well

THEY MUST BE PRETTY DONE WITH CALLER ID AND CRAZY TELEMARKTERS ,WHY WOULD YOU ANSWER PHONE.I CAN'T BELEIVE A COMPANY LIKE BANK AMERICA WOULD STOOP THAT LOW.THEY CALL EARLY IN THE MORNING AND LATR AT NIGHT,IF THEY CALL AT WORK AND YOU LOOSE YOUE JOB NO MONEY NO MONEY NO MONEY WHAT GOOD IS THAT.

I get several calls from this number about once every day or so. These clowns claim they are from bank of America. Boloney! This is a collections agency called FIA card services or AKA MBNA. I will not pick up calls from these morons! If I have issues with bank of America I will call or goto a branch office. I will not give them any information about me and I suggest anyone else who gets a call from this number just don't bother picking it up. Also keep a log of how many times they call and record the date as well. I will be filing a huge complaint against these people.

207-338-7761 & Caller ID says "Accounting Firm"  .... said they were Bank of America Customer Assistance Department
  When you answer however no one is there unless you hold (in dead air) for several minutes.  I had actually hit "end" on my phone & was starting to redial the CID when finally someone spoke.

Donot give these people anything they are a scammers I received a call from them claiming that they were Bank of America and they were calling me because of a delinquent account, I told them that I never had an account with Bank of America and that I worked for a Bank for about 20 years and they wouldn't call you  after 8:30pm and later hours, I also told the lady that I was talking to that I was going to report them to the FBI Fraud Unit, she quickly hung the phone up

Hi, wayne i received a phone call from this same number, they claimed to be Bank of America, I called them back from a blocked number and told them that they shouldn't be calling me at all because I never had a Bank of America account and the lady tried to get to give her personal information which I refused to do. bottom line report these people they are scammers

Just got a call from these clowns. They are persistent and not at all pleasant to speak with. They are not going to get far with me in a conversation unless they develop some much needed manners.

I receive a call from this number at the rate of about 2 a week.  Message says; "press 1 to accept, 2 to record message".  I have tried both with no answer or even ability to leave message as stated.  Attempts to return call gives dead line...

I have had my current phone number for over three years, but I keep getting calls for the deadbeats who had it before me! I've gotten calls from at least three places looking for Mark and Heidi Hamilton. They must be quite a pair.

I had just earlier in the day gotten a call from a legitimate 207 number about something else. Shortly thereafter I get this call from BOA from a 207 number (which they had never called me from before). Is there a way they can monitor what numbers are calling my cell phone and tricking me into answering? Seems a little impossible, but what a coincidence.

Do NOT answer.  Listen to message.  First, if you have never heard of this company, look them up on-line.  You can look up their number, and it will generally tell you who you are dealing with.  If you have and they are reputable, go to their company website, and contact their customer service. If they are reputable and you do not have an account, someone is using your number (verify your credit report for unknown accounts).  Do NOT call the number given, it may verify your number is a working number.   If you know you are behind (example credit card), the earlier you talk to them the better.  If you truly have a financial "situation, "many will work with you.  If you know (by verifying your credit report) you have no dealings with these people, be very careful.  Generally, if they are legitimate, you will get something in the mail (they will have your address).  Do NOT give your address to them.  DO NOT give addittional informastion, if this is real, they will have the information.  They may be Phishing.  Some, "bottom feeders" troll old debts you may have paid.  Remeber, this is their ful-time job.  Most break many laws.  Hope this helps.

Hey BOA... Perhaps we are trying to pay our bills! Given the state of the economy it makes it difficult at times. Unlike you, BOA, WE don't have the government to bail us out when we can't pay our bills!! Perhaps you should heed your own advice and you wouldn't have to have the government pay your bills you rude prick!!!

These people called me at 7am on both my home and cellular phone!  Isn't that against the law?  Aren't there certain hours that telemarketers can call between?

Bank of America are scam artists and in so much trouble with the foreclosure mess. I do not have an account and they call me asking for money that is past due. I do not have ANY accounts with BOA. Deperate measures by a bank that is full of criminals

This IS a SCAM!!!!  I have gotten multiple calls, from multiple numbers, from multiple people, all saying they are from different companies, but looking for the same person that is not me.
