got the same message.......

Got a phone call from 144-207-486-8739 on 2-11-08 at 12:54pm est. It was an automated call wanting to lower my interest on a credit card to 6% at the end of the automated message it gives you the option to press 1 to speak to an operator. Once I did that the operator picks up and I said "what bank is this" the girl on the phone said "umm..." and hangs up. Search the international code and it generated out of the United Kingdom.

I got the same thing this morning traced the phone number and it's a number out of the UK.

called saying they wanted to lower my credit card rate to 6%.
I do have a credit line but do not used a credit card.
When i asked what credit card? What bank or company? the person hung up.
