this is a number from a so called credit protection from B of A i got a call from them today and asked if there was anything they can send me to research it and he said no. i asked if this is something i can research at my bank he said yes but they will just have you call us back and kept trying to have my sign up for it i dont know if its a true or not but i said no way in hell if you have nothing to send my so i can research it on my own. he said ok bye. so i wouldnt trust it any good business would have something to send you . also have them take you off there calling list and ask your bank why they are handing out your info to 3rd party business's

Caller ID says Bank of America but very pushy sales people want me to buy a copy of my credit file. Kept saying "But wait" after telling them to quit calling.

Yes, Bank Of America affiliates... Very, very PUSHY! I told her I'm not interested... "But, Mr Gregory! What I'm tryingj to tell you is that there's no other way to...."
Me- "I'm sorry, NOTHING you say from here on out will convince me..." (elapsed time, about 20 sec)
"But, MR GREGORY!....."
I hung up.
These people do what they have to do and will reel you in any way possible. Salesmen have to make a living and don't know anything else at the time. I almost always say, " I am not interested, don't call back, and I'm hanging up on you." Click!

It is an "affiliate" company working for Bank of A. trying to sell you id theft protection. They call every single day even after you tell them to take your number off of their list and, after that fails, you tell them they have the wrong number. I am contacting BOA's hq to complain but I assume it will accomplish nothing. These are aggressive telemarketers who get commissions from fooling the elderly and uninformed people into signing up for a paid service that you can get for free. I am extremely disappointed in BOA right now. STOP F'ING CALLING ME!!!!

I answered because the caller id said B of A. Seems to be a debt collection company trying to find a former roommate of mine. They seem to be lying as well wanting me to give out his cell phone number saying it was regarding medical questions, not legal under debt collection laws.
