I just received a call from this number & picked up. The computerized message said they were "Credit Card Services" & said I qualified to lower my interest rates for a limited time & to press 1 if I wanted to lower my interest rates & 2 if I no longer wanted this limited time opportunity. I pressed 1 & waited through some on hold music & shortly a human came on. I asked who they were & she said "Consumer Services". I stated that I was interested but surely she understood that I wouldn't do this kind of thing over an unsolicited phone call & could she mail the info, & btw, is their number the one on my caller ID. She promptly hung up.
