I asked the gal (She said Heather) what company I was speaking with and she said "Card Dynamics."  I asked her where they were located and she said "Florida."  I asked for the company address and she wanted to know why. I told her I was on the do not call list and she said that they had a phone company making these calls for them and they were not liable in any way then hung up on me.

My number is also unpublished/unlisted/caller ID withheld and there should be an additional penalty somewhere for clling those numbers

-- Received a call very similar to Michael Wood's. Same name. Gal also hung up on me when I asked where they were located.

Thank you, Michael, for the info. I plan on pursuing action on these types of calls.

I asked the gal what company I was speaking with and she said "Card Dynamics."  I asked her where they were located and she said "Florida."  When I asked if she realized she was breaking State law (California--do not call), she hung up on me.

According to the Florida Sec of State, there is a "Card Dynamics, LLC" that went into business in March 2007.
