They only scammed me $200 but gave me the run around. They told me I would only have to pay $100 at first, then they said there was a problem with that payment and told me to go get another $100 and they would reimburse me that $100 with my loan amount. Told me I had to go and get a money pak from wal-mart for both of the $100 payments. I over-drafted my bank cause they promised it would be a half hour before my money would be in the bank. So now I'm terrified cause I was sick for a month and this was supposed to help me with lost wages. Somebody find these idiots and charge them with the highest punishment possible!!!!

I just called them after reading these and receiving a blocked call from these people and tol them they are being reported to the FBI. This is sad taking advantage of people who probably really need the money

What name does it use at the office when it swindles people out of fake "documentation fees" and "security deposits" for loans its boss never grants? How many more victims must be "scarred" by this sham outfit before people learn that:

- No sane person pays money as a condition of obtaining a loan, and
- It is illegal in the U.S. for any lender on the phone to demand otherwise.

I got scammed the same way for $175. Did you ever get your money refunded?

I got a call today, a Guy named Chris Martin and he said I needed to.show good faith and send 320. Plus I was scaled yesterday. They said that they could reimburse me half of what I was scammed yesterday. And id get 150. Plus 320 back.

I also got a call saying to call this number with my "approval code" for a pre-approved $5000 loan. However the person had no idea who I was (how can I be approved for something when they don't even know who I am) and called my office/lab phone which somehow has shown up on some scammers' logs lately.

Don't get taken in by these kind of things. It's illegal to be asked up front for a "good faith" deposit in order to receive a loan. That's not how legitimate loans work. Do a quick internet search for the phone number or company name (which I was never able to understand, even after asking this telemarketer multiple times) to validate the legitimacy of offers. Never give any personal or financial information to someone who calls you, know the company you are calling and their security practices before ever handing over any identifiable information.

I got a call from this number that I have been approved for a loan of $5000 but in order to show good faith that i will make my monthly payments I need to get a greendot money pack for $200 and call them back. Once they have that $200 they will deposit $5000 for the loan plus my $200 into my account. I never got the name of the company but but he gave me his name which I don't think is his real name..

they will call you back asking for $300.00 more to order for them to

. They even told me that the call that was being made was being recorded, and i asked was this forreal or not .How can i report them, and how can i get my money back. Because i was ripped off and i trusted that particular site

The FTC says here  http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/pubs/consumer/telemarketing/tel16.shtm  that it is ILLEGAL for lenders to ask for money up-front from borrowers for any reason (processing fee, insurance, whatever). Any lender asking for up-front money is a SCAMMER who wants to STEAL the money you send them and you will NEVER get your loan. There is no loan, it's all a big fat LIE.
