Can't believe being hassled by Ace Industrial supply like this. Told them to quit calling and leave me alone yesterday
They apparently are sending me drill bits and chocolates i dont want and didn't order. Did I mention my chance to win a trip to Hawaii
Today's count my phone blocker blocked 18 calls from them with 4 area codes from california, Utah,oregon and British Columbia here in Canada. Where did they buy or get my name address and phone number?
Who are these SOB'S and how do you make them quit. Every one would be wise not to answer when they see Ace Industrial Supply on call display

These people get your business phone number off the internet or through your state licensing board, and call you trying to sell you tools, air hoses, etc, etc.  They will send you merchandise even if you tell them no, then they will continue billing you for the merchandise that you did not order.  They will ignore anything you try to tell them, and threaten to sue you and ding your credit if you don't pay.  I have turned them into my State Attorney General's office for consumer protection, and the Better Business Bureau.  I will not pay these people one dime, and no one else should if they have this happen to them.  If they call you, as soon as you discover who they are, hang up the phone.

I have been recieving these calls in victoria bc  for 3 years   I have bought some blades and returned others the products I have gotten are below  par and overpriced and  I tell them when they call back and not to call back but they always do and we start over  they say their procucts are better than before but turn out the same I send them back

We have received phone calls from this company for the past six months. The salesman is rude and plays games when I tell him we do not want to order anything and to add us to their do not call list.  If we ask for the manager or supervisor the salesreps become even bigger #$!!.

I live in Canada (Ontario) and we received a call from "unknown number" tonight, a guy named "Sam" claimed to be calling from Ace Industrial.  He asked for my husband (an electrician) and when I said he was not home, he said he would call back tomorrow. i asked for a number where my husband could call him back and he replied that their number went to a receptionist and he was back in the warehouse... i said i ccould call him back and ask for him by name, and he then hung up on me.  If he calls me back tomorrow, i will probably end up telling him off, not that it will accomplish much! but to let him know i am on to his scam, and he is the fool to think i am stupid enough to fall for it!!!

We have had the same terrible experiences with Ace. A while back when a similar telemarketing company called I asked them where they got my info. I was told that Dun And Bradstreet sold it to them.

Offered us industrial supplies then offered adult supplies as in PORN over the PHONE. This is a scam place, report them!

Ace industrial is mostly employed by felons. I know inside information from the idiot that got my young daughter pregnant and hasn't paid a dime for her. They make up names to use when they call andget ignorant on the phone. They lie and lure people in. The big boss in Boise somehow stole names and addresses from a previous employer he had. The daddy is a felon for drug use. Idiots!

A gentleman called asking for the owner of the business.  When he didn't get him because he was out of town he told me his name was Rusty Spoons.  What a load of crap.  Asked him who he was with and he said he would call back.  If I see this on caller ID again.   Let me tell you I will not be nice. Could tell a crank call wanted to get John to buy something that really wasn't anything worth buying.

Just do like I did, order everything they have and don't pay for it.  They stay away from me now. lol

luckly your a residential phone # you can press charges against them contact your phone co.PLEASE...

ace supply is worse than a hemmeroid.they call my business phone sometimes 4 times a day.they do not get the message QUIT calling.unfortunaly businesses can't do anything to stop the calls and the phone # comes up private.

I get calls from them once a week trying to sell saw blades or air hoses. Finally I acted like I wanted to by a bunch of them and the guy gave me his number. This is his direct line and he calls himself Tom  His number 360-491-9515. I now start my day off by calling him first .

man calls 5 - 6 times a week needs to speak with Dave - really important. Says he only has a minute- has a big project for Dave to bid on - when I say he isn't in the office, he either asks for his cell or when will he be back - I won't give his cell and really don't know when he will be back - tht is when the man gets angry and ask how I can work here if i don't know anything -at tht point either I hang up or he does! I work for an electrical contractor. This guy is always angry and demanding- the number is always from 208 but the rest of the number sometimes changes - so I can't just not answer ! all numbers won't answer if I try to call back and are in the white page reverse look up as unavailable.

Total scam,telemarketing boiler room in Calif. Rude high pressure salemen call once a week trying to give me free cheap tools if I but a saw blades at 4 times the price I currently pay. Actually tried to ship cod a few times, but we fefused them. really rude and obnoxious! Got an air horn next to my desk waiting for the next call, Im gonna blast them!!!!

I have the same complain and more.
Ace has shipped wrong material and charged us fees due to their errors. Ace sales reps have repeatedly called after being told not to call our company again. Ace reps will just call back minutes later from "private" telephone numbers. (And you know it's the same guy because it's the exact same voice. And he yells at you for telling him not to call back.) Ace rep once called our company demanding that we pull the owner of our company out of an important business meeting by claiming he had an "urgent" business matter that needed to be discussed, but all that the Ace rep wanted was to try to sell saw blades.
We have not had any business dealings with Ace in several years due to their sales practices. We have advised them several times over the years to take us off their call list. Yet they still keep calling.

That's a great technique, fence gal.  How do we do that?  Our landline company charges for forwarding our number, and I've never heard of forwarding callers' numbers.  Tell us all how to do that, please.

well I just started working at the Ace Industrial at Burbank today and needed to find out information on the company at first it seemed legit but after my first day i want to quit already it is a kind of 50/50 view it is really not a scam because they actually do sell a lot of brand name tools and equipment but the just over price it like crazy and then again it is a couple of people trying to meet ends meets in todays economy but as for me my morals probably will not let me continue doing this "job" even tough it is pretty high paying :p

WE HAVE AN ACE INDUSTRIAL HERE IN BOISE TOO THEY ARE LOCATED UP BY THE STURNER AND KLEIN BUILDING IN THAT BUSINESS PARK ON FRANKLIN THEY ARE PHONE SOLICITORS SELLING CONSTRUCTION EQIP. I AM SURE IF YOU ASK THEM TO NOT CALL YOU THEY WONT BE ABLE TO BUT I DONT KNOW FOR SURE THEY ONLY CALL PPL IN THE INDUSTRY SO ... I AM NOT SURE HOW BUSINESS OT BUSINESS SALES WRK OR WHAT KIND OF RULES THEY HAVE BUT ITS WRTH A SHOT...

They are actually located in Burbank Cali. and I myself have had alot of trouble with them I have filed a complaint with BBB so we will see if that helps. Its really easy to file a complaint online. I have been doing some research and it seems one way people are getting some help is from the State Of Cali Attorny Genrals office. I have put there real number below for the caller ID # if anyone needs it. : ) Good Luck.

ace industrial supply trying to sell me some saw blades, this was the 1st time he called me.  I asked he ware did he get this number?  He said out of the construction blue book.  I dont now what that is or why my number would be in there.  This guy started to be a A-hole at the end.  We need to get rid of this harrasser.his number was 208-376-7191

They are getting the name from The State Board/Offices of Construction Licensing.

If you have a Builders License  in your state that's how they got your phone number. Its public/record information.

I don't build anymore yet always keep my license current. Its the only way they could have got my phone number.

PUT THEM ON YOUR CALLER ID AND DON'T ANSWER. VERY SIMPLE.

A person from Ace Industrial Supply called wanting to peak to my husband, I told him my husband wasn't home. The caller then asked for his cell number as he claimed he had it before but lost it, this was a lie. I believed him and gave it to him, he called my husband afterwards.  My husband is unhappy this person now has his cell number. He has been calling the house for years and we never need or buy anything he is selling. We are always polite, always let him know we don't want what he's selling and always advise we won't need anything from him in the future. We would prefer Ace Industrial Supply not call, ever.

i know what you mean, my boyfriend received a call from a guy named mitch from ace industrial supply trying to sell him some saw blades, this was the second time he called him my boyfriend told him he wasnt interested and the guy started cussing and swearing at him, saying he was trying to make a living, and that these will be the best saw blades he will own, etc. he finally hung up on him, my boyfriend tried to call back but no answer, he's thinking of turning them in to the better business bureau

The phone number came in as out of area; however, the company is the same name...Ace Industrial Supply...and, the telemarketer was extremely rude!!  He has called 1/2 dozen times in the last month and is becoming more aggressive!  Too bad that the FCCA changed the manner in which phone numbers are tracked...darn!

I have recieved two calls from "Ace Insustrial" now.  Both times it was an unknown number, but from what others have said, this sounds like him.  The first time he called, I was not very interested in his products, so he became upset and begain calling me the "N" word.  He also wanted me to put my "momma" on the phone so he could tell her that I was a "N". The second time he called I just hung up.

Has here anyone shopped at a tool show?  I think that is how they got my number.
