I used to work for a timeshare company. As phone reps we were NEVER trained on how to deal with irate owners. We were NOT told of the less than savory tactics the salesmen used to get people to purchase their timeshares. We were NOT taught before the job began, the process of how owners had to plan their vacations A FULL YEAR in advance, or else they could practically kiss any vacation week good-bye.

Needless to say, the job was a major eye-opener for me. I resolved never to become a timeshare owner. I used to have recurring nightmares and my heart literally "hurt" due to the amount of stress I endured daily with the irate owners screaming and swearing at me because they lost their week, or they were upset because the maintenance fees were so high, or they were angry because their salesman "lied" to them, or because they couldn't get the week they wanted at the resort they wanted. Therefore I want nothing to do with timeshares.

I agree whole-heartedly with ANONYMOUS who wrote on 10-18-13. I thought this even when I was employed at the timeshare company. Who indeed would want the stress and pain of timeshare ownership?

They called today looking for somebody who has the number before, and I told them he is no longer here, and they screamed at me.

Just get a call 12/29 @ 730pm didn't answer figured it was a scam or someone wanting me to buy something.

Received call at 10:57a CDT. I.D. says Resort Sales MI. I wish there was a REAL law to keep crank callers in line. But every time we place our name and number on a form or dealing with the public, companies will sale our  information to the highest bidder (telemarketers)....the scum.

Caller id shows Resort Sales MI and didn't leave message. Who in this day and age thinks the concept of a timeshare is good for the traveler? If you wish to travel on vacation anywhere and anytime, then keep your freedom by ignoring timeshares. Be free to pick any hotel you want to stay at, for as long as you like, negotiating prices with the hotel, and on your own schedule, all without having to pay an annual maintenance fee and property taxes to the timeshare property management company.

They are selling timeshare.  What a jerk he was to me.  When he said he was calling from Hilton Head SC I knew it was all BS.  I do know for a fact that the caller ID number went to Mo as I have clients there.  So I asked you said you where calling from Hilton Head and your number is MO so what is it... He paused and the I said if you lie I am not interested, which I wasn't anyway. HAHAHAHA got that telemarketer.

They called me at 6:30 pm...I know my brother in law used our address and phone to enter contest, because he doesn't want to be bothered. And that he went on a free trip doing this, now we are stuck with them calling insisting we are members of there resort club, and if we aren't going would we give them names and numbers of friends or family that would like to get a free trip.....So Mr. Jack M Off  and Mike Hunter is going to get a lot off calls now.

If it's on your cell, then you can put them on your reject list, and your phone won't even ring when they call.  Now days, most all cell phones have that feature.

Showed up as Resort Sales, Michigan on my caller I.D.  Probably spoofing numbers again.....

desperate tactics are disrespectful and not who I would do business with.there are laws for harassment of this sort. our lives are cluttered with this crap.

I received a call from this number and I just let it ring but they did not leave a message.  Please tell me why I received this call.

THEY CALL SEVERAL TIMES A DAY AND HAVE FOR ALONG TIME NOW. USUALLY I DON'T ANSWER AND THEY DON'T LEAVE A MESSAGE. WHEN I DO ANSWER THEY ASK FOR HAZEL AND I TELL THEMNO ONE BY THAT NAME LIVES HERE AND NOT TO CALL BACK. TODAY THEY CALLED AT 12:32 AND WHEN I ANSWERED THEY SAID HAZEL AND I REPLIED NO, AND TOLD THEM IF THEY CALLED BACK I WOULD GET THEM FOR PHONE HARRASSMENT. HIS REPLY WAS ALRIGHT I'LL CALL BACK TOMORROW. SOMEONE TELL ME WHO TO CALL TO GET THIS STOPPED.

This number calls my phone every night at the same time. When u answer noone answers u back. Tired of these calls. I have my number on the do not xall list what part of do not call dont these jokers understand.

417 851 4101 called my house phone and stayed on the line until I asked, "you don't want to talk to me"?  Immediately they hung up the phone.

Caller ID says RESORT SALES MI. I think they start calling around the same time each year. They never leave a message. Expect more calls.

then if I was you I report it to your general attorneys office. And they can help you. But that is why I hit mute on my phone when I do not know the number. Take care and don't answer numbers that you don't know write them down and search them up on the web.Never talk to them.  signed lj.

They have called 5 times today and left three messages from Spinnaker Resorts out of Branson, MO.  Trying to sell vacation timeshares.  I asked them to not call again as this is a work mobile phone and I did mention that I would report them to the Attorney General's per Nebraska's post.... Hopefully this will stop them from calling.

Selling vacation discounts in a few states. They are out of Michigan. Any call you get from a telemarketer mention the state attorney general and tell them not to call back. Remind them they face big time fines after you tell them to not call back and mention the states attorney general. I use to be a telemarketer. They could care less if you hung up BUT if someone mentioned the attorney general we had to make a note and immediately tell the manager and they would remove you out of the system. Because if someone  got a call again and it was recorded you threatened them with the states attorney general they were in deep dodo and you would be fired on the spot. Of course this is for legit telemarketing businesses.

SOMEONE CALLED ME FROM THIS NUMBER ,FRIDAY KNIGHT TELLING ME THERE GOING TO LQWER MY LONG DISTANCE,I THOUGHT ABOUT IT,AND REALIZED I HAD GIVEN THEM TOO! MUCH INFORMATION. I CALLED THE NUMBER,ONLY GET A RECORDING,IAM AFRAID I HAVE BEEN SCAMED!.

Got a call from these jokers today.  When I picked up, nobody was there.  Caller ID reports RESORT SALES MI.

I just received a call, promptly returned the call, someone actually answered and said it was about visiting Branson Mo and asked if I had ever been.  I politely asked to be removed from their calling list and she said sure and thanked me.  Hoping that works.

Got a recording (when I called this number back) "All circuits are busy now.  Please try your call again later"... then another recorded voice comes on and says "No routes found".  ???   These constant calls with no messages are so annoying!!
