Keeps calling , never leaves a message and when I pick up , they just stay on the phone without responding????

Called and refused to identify self and/or organization. Told them they were being evasive, she responded that so was I told me to have a nice day and hung up on me!

i never answer a number i do not know. keeps calling

Numerous individuals answer when called back---offer nothing, also automated msg.

It is from United Recovery Systems. They are debt collectors looking to collect on debts from credit cards in default.

Here we go again folks, This number just called I did not answer. I have no idea who it is but a scam for sure. These callers think everyone is dumb I'm ahead of them as is alot of people they call are on to them whoever  they  are.

This is some sort of collection agency.

I RECEIVED A CALL 3/15/11. ASKING ME IF I KNEW OF MY EX BROTHER-N-LAW AND HIS WIFE. SAID THEY LIVED IN ONE STATE, WHEN THEY REALLY LIVE IN ANOTHER.  DIDN'T BELIEVE ME THAT I DIDN'T HAVE A WAY TO CONTACT THEM. SAID HIS NAME WAS JASON AND HE WAS TRYING TO HELP THEM OUT ABOUT BILLING INFO.   WELL IF HE HAD BILLING INFO HE WOULD OF HAD ALL THEIR RIGHT INFO.

the Number traces to North Idaho, Learn It do not answer it if you do not want to speak to a debt collector. States they are with United Recovery Systems. I believe this is a private Land Line and they do work for this company. Just My Opinion.

This is a Debt Collector named United Recovery Systems, If they call you about someone else tell them that you do not have any information. I am sure that they have the person's info from the company they are collecting for. When they called me, it was stated that they were collecting for Capital One.
The Number they gave to contact them back was 1-888-593-8401

received a number from this company asking me if i knew the girlfriend of my ex-husband on 12 years....how on earth would they have my phone number?

I have numerous calls from this number.  It rings once and hangs up - multiple times a day.  When I call the number back it just rings and then disconnects.

Called this morning, asking for "Tyler". Asked if we had a neighbor with this name at 223 1/2 WEST Washington St. Washington St. ONLY runs north and south. Asked us to give a message to this "Tyler". Like hell. Who are these jerks? My Wife answered the call. Asked them who they were. Didn't answer. She asked them how they got our number, they said something like..."googled" or "found on the internet". Noise in the background like a business.

this # shows up as an Idaho #, but the caller is from TX.  When calling the # back they answer as United Recovery URS.  They say they are a Financial Institution.  But get VERY curt and snippy when you ask why they called.  They only want your info, don't like giving out theirs!

I got a message with a Robert Plant song and the several silent messages. All within a couple days in Feb.

Has called my office numerous times in past week but never anyone there when I pick up and never leave a message when I am away. Annoying as hell!!

constant calls for past several weeks... usually at dinner time... asking for William Finnigan... no such person resides here.
