REPORT them to the FTC. Legally they can only call you a certain amt of times before you can sue them. It doesnt take much. This is a massive fine.
Mark 2012-12-18 06:51:23 Unknown
Yes, you seem to be correct. The correct name is Amacore and now they are going by A DIFFERENT company name "TA Group".

I get several calls a day and it is so annoying and I take care of infants and rushing to get the phone for such nonsense is not acceptable.
Rubio 2012-04-06 17:38:49 Telemarketer
This company doesn't ever reach me. I never have been called at a time I have liberty or the want to to answer these stupid calls. They are simply harassment calls and, I too, looked on line for insurance when my insurance at work went up. Thank you for the name Tenno. I now know who to tell is calling me and I will report this number and the other bogus numbers i HAVE HAD TO ADD TO MY REJECT LIST. These people aren't supposed to call and harass you if you are on the national DO NOT CALL list. My 31 day waiting period should be just about up.

My wife did an online search for insurance and we have been getting calls for months now. Tenno called for the first time, today and no-one was on the line. I hope they don't call back.
js 2012-04-02 15:29:45 Unknown
I did online comparison for insurance and have since been getting calls from this number, with no message. When doing callback, the number is not in service
Debra 2012-03-27 17:08:47 Unknown
I also inquired about health insurance a couple months ago on line. I receive calls from this number several times a week but they don't leave messages and I don't accept calls from unknown numbers. Tried to call it back and it says that the number you have dialed is not in service. Caller ID says Tenno Enterprise. Very annoying. If you are calling for a legitimate reason then leave a message and if I'm interested I'll either pick up or call you back.

@ THomas Kielbasinski - "when doing quotes, always use a fake number, thats what I do now. even a fake name if your listed in the phone book,"
thats the best advice I've heard in a long while. I asked for online health insurance quotes back in late December and I am still getting calls on my cell. WTF? These telemarketers are dumbasses - do they really think I havent made a decision by now, three months later?
tiredof these telemarketers 2012-03-21 18:23:43 Telemarketer
I did NOT fill out any survey for health insurance whatsoever; nor would I have. I have had the same insurance---thru my work---for over 10 years. They call my cell phone up to 20 times a day from many, many numbers. Most of these numbers are fake/spoof numbers you cannot even call back. The messages say 'number not in service.' 'number has been disconnected.' 'number not yet activated...' So, these punk axx motherxxxxxxx are stealing numbers that are not in use to call on and lying about how they got my information. As a matter of fact the only thing i DID do online was after completing an online chat with T MOBILE Customer Service (which was unsatisfactory, by the way...) because my service was not working....a survey popped up from T Mobile as to how was my service today. It was unsatisfactory. In completing it, an hour later the calls started FLOODING in. This was on March 1 and it is unblievable. It is out of control. I have blocked all these numbers and they keep calling with new numbers; all the same people. And they all have a different company name but they are all brokers for the same company. I have filed an FCC COMPLAINT. Please do the same!

Robotron 2012-03-15 23:03:16 Telemarketer
These creeps just called and left a long and fairly entertaining voicemail on my phone. Foul language and discussion of criminal activity on record. Apparently unaware they were on my voicemail. I actually thought they had stopped bothering me, it has been 3, maybe 4 weeks since the last call. Well I almost think it was worth it, just for the shear entertainment value. I've already reported them to former provider and they will no longer refer them to people. I still encourage people to go to their website and enter their own numbers into their robonetwork! Again those numbers are; 719-235-5994, 786-227-5200, 402-218-1333, 619-308-6426, 901-300-4291, 347-756-5059, 208-473-2404, and finally 573-202-6356.
Ever since I made the mistake of filling out a form for what appeared to be a legitimate company claiming to represent the following companies, Lifewise, Regence, GroupHealth, Assurant, among others, I have been harassed with multiple phone calls every day since. Alternately hang-ups or automated robo-calls.
If you are receiving calls from any of the following numbers send a bulk E-mail to all of the providers listed on the 'eHealthInsurance' site and inform them that their name is being associated with these creeps. The tactics of this company are indefensible. Another way we could fight back is to go to their site and provide them with their own phone numbers as the call back number. They have routed their calls through 8 different exchanges to date. Those numbers follow:
719-235-5994
786-227-5200
402-218-1333
619-308-6426
901-300-4291
347-756-5059
208-473-2404
573-202-6356
Give them a taste of their own medicine. If their phones are overwhelmed by them calling themselves then they have only themselves to blame!
Universal Single-Payer Healthcare NOW! These scumbags would have no reason to exist!

annoying caller using a spoofed number. According to BBB website they don't exist because of the fact their number is not real.

Spoke to the Fraud division of the Connecticut Insurance Department and described the calls. They ask that you write down all your information and fax it to them with attention to Examiner. They tell me that it sounds like a "discount medical plan" which they do not specifically oversee (some states do), but if the person on the phone says anything about being an agent or an insurance company that would require licensing, they will investigate. Discount medical plans are something you pay a couple hundred dollars a month for and get reductions in costs on ancillary medical services like vision, dental, etc. It is nonsense, because you essentially loan the company money and then hound them to get it back over the policy period, basically never getting your money back.
When you get a phone number on caller ID that you do not know, DO NOT call it back. The first call is only intended for you to call them so that the do not run a foul of the Do Not Call registry. In other words, if you call them you have invited them to harrass you and they can pass your number on to others in their network.

These people need to STOP calling my home. MY number is unlisted and I will report this to the POLICE Department and the
Telephone company. They call and hang up when you ask them a question, like who are you calling for..
They ask for my daughter, who haven't live here in eight years. This will be reported.
Myk 2012-02-02 16:09:03 Telemarketer
Called my mobile phone; apparently, from what I've read, they sell discount major medical insurance, and really put on the hard sell. It may be an identity theft scheme.
If I don't recognise your name or number, I ain't gonna pick up. Clowns like this are the reason why.

They called my number today again, three times. They claim to be in the state I am in but are really out of Ft Lauderdale. They claim to be insurance agents but are really lead generators. Using the company Secured Health Services. Misrepresenting themselves is probably a fraud in and of itself. They are actually sub-producers that get a percentage of every successful lead they generate. They may be sub-producers for several telemarketers, but they are probably working under the old United Health contract that was bought by Americore. Howard Knaster was the owner of United Health services and is now a senior guy working for Jay Shafer, CEO of Americore. Ameracore is in financial difficulty with negative cash flow, plenty of lawsuits from texas they had to settle and an 85% owner by the name of VICIS out of New York. Tenno, the name that comes up under your Caller ID is probably owned by Joseph Safina of Nichols, Safina, Lerner fame. He now dabbles in music recording under the label Pure Entertainment. (nice pictures on the internet regarding a lingerie party he had at the pool at his house -- before he got married to Amanda Hermesch - worldwide honeymoon pictures look great) I would give you their address and phone number but that would be intrusive. To get them to stop maybe you should just call Tenno at 6600 16th street where someone else identified them. Another approach is to call the insurance commissioner offices of Florida, Texas, Connecticut or whereever you are). It is unfortunate that they will not stop calling. Or just call your local police and have them call. They handle harrassment calls. The FTC does not do much. Or Call VICIS in New York. I am sure they would love the attention. Or join the Coalition Against Insurance Fraud as a consumer (see the application) and get them to look into the matter.
Maybe the pieces about are not quite right, but do your own research. CorporationWiki, Hoover, etc are good sources. I have an excel spreadsheet that I downloaded from Texas with many of the names above as Marketers for Ameracore as Program Operator on the same page, so I am pretty sure..
