I am on the DNC list and reported unwanted calls to the fed govt but nothing is done.  Why make rules if there is no penalty.

I answered then pressed 1 and representative asked me ques. about debts over $5000 I told him the automated person said debts over $4000 and he said,oh ok what bank do you owe.I told him and then he asked if maxed out I said yes then he asked if I had any open credid for 4 or $500.I said no and he hung up immediately.that was very fishy to me.so don't answer this #

Okay, I got a call from them at ~12:30pm CST, and I look at this and facepalm. If they call again I'll file the complaint.

left no message. I'm on the "do not call" list.

Another scam about credit card interest rates at 6.9%. I have been getting these calls since November 2010. I have contacted the FTC about this and they told me that these people are using fake phone numbers and they are after your credit card number so they can max out your card and leave you stuck with the bill.

Today I received the first call from this # identifying themselves as "card services" on the automated recording. This is my cell phone and I never authorized them to call me. The recording asks you to stay on the line if you are interested in lowering your interest rate. I stayed on the line and a man answered  identifying himself as James. I told james I wanted my # removed from their solicitation list, james mumbled an obscenity and hung up!

Second and final notice.  Credit card scam. Do not call list is a joke!

FORGOT TO MENTION THE 2ND AND FINAL CALL WAS THE SIXTH ONE

you can file a complaint on the do not call web site, i filed one but it said they wont investigate single complaints so if every one complains maybe they will--I just recieved my "second and final call"

Same here...got many calls from this bogus company, don't know who the hack or why keep on calling my number...leave no message!

I been having calls constantly, when I answer there's no response.  No message left on my voicemail.

Already got 3 calls this morning from random numbers (Montana, N.J., and now Idaho).  The only thing I can think of is that I placed an order with 1800 Contacts last night that requested my phone number.  Really lame.

Got a call from this number, no message. Tried to return call; line picked up but no one on the other end. Automated dialer?

I did not answer, they left no message.  This has happend one time.

"Last and final notice to reduce your credit card debt" when I hit "1" to speak to a representative I  told them I'm on the do not call list and not to call me again. They hung up mid sentence...

Called for the first time today. no message. plus I'm on the do not call list.
