A man with an accent called and wanted to purchase LCD monitors from us as well as a laptop. He gave me to different credit card numbers and wanted me to process while he held so that he could get the authorization. I took the info and I'm reporting to the credit card company's. There is something very fishy about this guy.

i work at a radio shack store in montana we had this man with an accent call.  he asked what models of sony tvs we had in stock.  he ordered two of them and a home theater system.  he charged them on two separate cards while he waited on hold.  i called mastercard immediately this morning because the shipping labels he send for the packages were out of country. the fed-ex driver and i both believe that this is a fraud case. DO NOT let him get you too.

Same guy called us wanted to know how many LCD tvs we had in stock.  It sounded fishy right away so I told him we didn't have any. Then he asked if I could order them for him.  I could tell this was fishy so I told him an off brand at a really high price and he still wanted me to order them he was ready to give me a credit card over the phone, so I told him we don't accept cc cards over the phone and that he would have to come into the store.  He said that wasn't a problem and he would come in.  After reading all this, if he does come in (ya right) I'll immediately call the police.

He said his name was john Wood and also tryed to use diferent credit cards that got declined when we ran them for $1.00. Don't be a fool, send this b***h nothing!!!

i was just talking to that idiot. I knew he was a fraud right off the bat. he wanted 5 of LCD screens and he doesn't care what brand. as long as they're good.  so i googled the phone number right away. and viola.. i found this site. well i just told him the card he gave was declined and i got a message from the cc company that the card he just gave me is stolen. LOL. But i didn't even ran the card. I knew he's some dude from africa. his accent was a dead giveaway. But after reading the last post. i wish i would have waited to get the prepaid labels before i cut him off.. we got a couple of junk machines here that we could have shipped there. LOL

Dumb as* sent shippng labels going to GHANA ..... So They sent label prepaid ..I gathered up abunch of old junk "dead power supplies , routes "
ect... ha ha ha lol..... 5 boxes full of junk hahahahahhha lol

Also got a call from a man with a foreign accent using the name "John Wood".  Was reportedly from Pocatello and wanted 10 - 19" LCD monitors.  Said he had gotten my name from a Daniel Smith.  Also asked about laptops.  Wasn't able to get back to him for several days, left a message, but haven't heard back.

Update: CC didnt clear just got a confirmation that it was declined never recieved the fax either so dont have a address for these scamers if you get a call from this guy or company hang up and report it this is a SCAM

same thing happened to me but CC cleared and is sending a fax with Fed-Ex shipping label bought 4 LCD Monitors and a laptop if anyone has any information on this number or the man who is doing this please let me know send e-mail to pcace1@msn.com Thank You

How can a bank send the mone if the info does not match ...this is bull... The order came in to day and I refused it now I have re socking fees and shipping fees ..I would like to mail my self to this mofoe and personly rip his face off ... I bet the law where he is you steal you die or loos you hand.. The 208-595-4323 is a ip phone ez to setup an do this..

This guy has called me several times about buying 19" flat panel monitors.He said his name was John and had a foriegn accent.He asked me if I took credit cards over the phone.I told him it was all cash and carry.You send me the cash and I will ship.Upon hearing that he said he would be in a couple of days and that was about all.He keeps calling back with the same scam about one every two weeks.The thing is when I look on my caller id the number is gone.The number does show up while he is on the phone.Disappears from caller id after I hang up.

Called trying to order at first ten 19" widescreen monitors. Upon hearing the price he then wanted fifteen. He gave me two credit card numbers of which both did not match up to his information. He also is using the address of the UPS store in Pocatello, ID.

Call the credit card company. The address and name do not match up to the card. I called and he is using fake card information.

Guy called up using name of David McKenzie ordered 15 circular saws
paid with credit card (visa) $1200 suspect it is a scam but don't know what. Said he would send ups call tags for units on the 21st. oh ya the card cleared??????  Now I don't know what to do???

We received a call from this guy too. It was very suspicious sounding. He asked about 19" LCD's and laptops. When he was told that we don't take orders over the phone, he hung up.

Same Call, this is most likely a scam.  I told him that we do cash only and he was no longer interested.  Looks like the prefix 595 is for Marsing, ID.
