I received a similar phone message but would not call back because he just left his name and did not say who he was with. I figured the insurance company would have called me last week after the accident. Anyway I don't know how he got my number and now that I see this has happened before I'm a bit pissed.

Said his name was Paul Andrews. Called my cell to say he wanted to talk about the accident my husband was in ten days prior. I don't know how he got my number, as my number was not on any police report for the accident. My husband called back and he said he was a chiropractor in the area, offering a free adjustment and consultation. I could not find anything when I searched for "Paul Andrews Chiropractor" in the area we live in, Idaho Falls, ID.
