I received a call just after my ex-husband stating I was under investigation and needed to confirm the address as to where to serve me. The threatened to show up at my employer's office with an address I am confident they gained from the company website.

This number called my cell phone 3 times then called my work!  They told me to call 866-621-3505 as charges have been brought against me.  There is nothing on the repository.  Total scam!!!

They just called my job. They said a charge was brought against me and I told them to fax over paperwork and they said they will meet at my residence.

THis person called my father and he did not answer. So he tried to call the number back and it was an automated machine that said this is the Department of Investigation but we cannot take messages and then it hangs up.

Does anybody else getting calls from this phone number?

These people just started calling today-they called twice in 10 minutes. They knew the name of my supervisor  and human relations person! I work at a hospital- it is illegal for them to call there. I am going to report them to the FTC and the BBB immediately today.

You are SOO right! These people just tried this with me! I told them I don't think so. I cannot believe these people. They are awful! More people need to post about them!

This number is a COMPLETE scam!!!! They have attempted to call several times and I keep ignoring it. Do not give them any money....they are dirtbag bottom feeding criminals who feed off of fear and people's ignorance. FIGHT BACK and call them on their BS. They can't do a thing to you. They have NO LEGAL recourse.

My mother, my daughter, my husband, and I received several calls from 208-881-0932. In the initial phone call, I asked the caller, Charlie, to send it to us in writing, as we had not received mail on it before. I was told by the caller that there was not enough time to mail it. I asked him to send it overnight and hung up. He called back several times. He reached my mother and said he was calling for a company called Global. ???? He then proceeded to tell my mom  that charges were being brought against me.

I put the phone number, 208-881-0832, in a Google search. It came up as a scam. I am not unfamiliar with this type of scam and fell for one in 2004.

When I called the number it said Department Of Investigation but it was only an outgoing number. Of course it is,it's a scam

The people who call from this number are scammers trying to fraudulently extort money. I have reported them to my local police department, the FTC, and the FBI.
