This number keeps calling... answered twice say hello...nothing and then disconnected... last time was just now ....report will be filed if it doesn't cease.

Today is the 1st time they called. Called my cell phone that I do not give out unless friends or Dr offices. No message left. Currently doing cancer treatment. Hope I do not get a bunch more BS calls. Where is our great liberal government to help us.

I don't answer this call ,but have been called many times , where are the phone companys when this  stuff happens ?do we pay these providers so a-holes like this can waste our  time ? tec -- is great except when it is misused like this  , someone  needs to look into this, we pay our companys pretty good, hire someone and earn some of that free money your getting from all of us trusting phone owners .

I have gotten calls from this bunch once or twice a week for a month or so.  Recorded voice reports they are conducting a patient satisfaction survey for an anesthesiology group. (I did have surgery with anesthesia five or six weeks ago so I suspect calls are legit.)

HOWEVER, I don't respond to calls with a pre-recorded preamble - especially those with an annoying British accent.

This is a scam. They intentially hangup after one ring and do not leave a message as they WANT you to call back. Once you call them you will receive a charge on your phone bill upwards to $19.99 or more. Spread the word and NEVER answer a number unknown and especially with only one ring and no message.
I use afirewall and blacklist these guys on my android phone. It's a free download from the play store and is a blocker, blocks unwanted phone numbers and texts.

They called me at 2pm. I say "Hello, hello."
No answer, just a little noise on the line, like someone eating peanuts.
My wife did have minor surgery, with anesthesia, a couple of weeks ago.

They called and didn't leave me a message.

Interesting. I just had major surgery, too. The first day they called was on 01/09/14 at 9:06 AM. No message was left. Then they called again on 01/11/14 at 9:09 AM. Again, no message left. Caller ID recorded their number  and the name as as an Unknown Name. I suspected they had to be telemarketers. Here I thought that one's medical file was supposed to be strictly confidential so if that's correct, why would one's phone number be shared with telemarketers?

Voicemail picked up while it was explaining what to do. It mentioned my name or guardian of. Press 1to begin survey. Press 2 to try again or press 3 to opt out. I saw on a previous comment that it was about a medical procedure.  My surgery was a year ago. So I'm not answering.  I don't trust any unknown phone number. Good luck.

This number keeps calling. When called back there is no answer or someone hangs up. They left one message but asked for me or my legal guardian. (LOL) I am my legal guardian.

Who called from Idaho?

If you received any type of healthcare recently, this company apparently takes a survey on behalf of the provider.  When they called I answered but heard nothing so I called back.  They answered with a recording that somehow knew who I was and who my medical provider was.  I declined the survey by hanging up.

Just now called me, however, since I didn't recognize the number, I waited for the answering machine to kick in...they hung up before it activated.
     Saw a couple of things on the forums regarding these callers and am using them myself to help ease the nuisance factor, however, won't totally stop the calls. Hopefully these procedures may work for all of you.
     For the land line, see if you can run a block on your phone line for numbers you place into it. These numbers would of course be the "scammers" whom you do not want hear.
      On my phone system I have two options one for "ANONONYMOUS CALLERS": (no phone number OR name shown) scammers, blocked, private, I block them by using *77 on my phone - it will give you directions on how to continue. If it is someone who is legitimate they will leave a message on my voice mail.
     The other option is phone numbers that show on your CALL SCREEN and you recognize them as scammers (or look up the numbers on forums like this one to see if they are): to block, I dial *60 and follow cues.
     When I have a new number that rings through then I drop one of the earlier numbers and replace it with the newest, like this one ( system only accepts approx. 10 at a time).
     Now the cell phone: place the nuisance phone number into your Save Contact directory>new contact>work>scroll to phone number and save. Now go to the phone number>options>contact details>default ringer>change>and choose "NO RINGER". Now when they call, I'm not disturbed because I don't hear it.
      Granted, it may not stop these calls being made, however I'm no longer interrupted and frustrated by them. Also I noticed the old numbers I exchanged with the new numbers are rarely in my future calls, they seem to have dropped off the radar.
     Hope this helps take away some of the frustrations.

Have gotten 3 calls in last week. Redial # and got same msg.  Googled number, 208 is all Idaho, 306 is Boise, indicated it was a cell phone, no name known.
I know no one in Idaho & no medical connection.

I haven't had any surgery, neither has anyone in my family. This number calls me every day around 1pm. They never leave a message, I've answered and they just hang up or I get a busy tone. I've blocked them but they call me from a different number. Caller ID says they're calling from Idaho, I don't know anyone in Idaho..

went to the ER just 36 hours ago.  CREEPS! I will report them to FCC if they call even one more time.  Vultures.

Says, "Hello. It seems you missed a call about your recent visit with your health care provider. We will try again another time. Thank you and have a good day." Or something to that effect. Keep getting calls like these. The frustrating part is there is no way to put yourself on their do not call list. They don't say anything when you answer and there is an odd answering message with no way to leave a message.  Guessing it is a survey of some sort.

Has called me every 20 min. I don't know anyone in idaho so I'm not going to answer but they don't leave a message. Just keeps calling me..

Got a call and when I returned the call, there was a recording saying that it was a call about my medical coverage and that they would call me at a later time.

Wow!  That's weird: I also just had a major surgery/anesthesia.
Didn't answer, though, and they didn't leave a message.

Called at 4:36 p.m. on June 27, 2013.  When I answered there was silence then I cot a recording that began "Due to telephone regulations, your call did not go through as dialed.  Will you please check the number..."and then I got a busy sign

If you had surgery recently using anesthetics, these guys will call you just for a survey.
