robocall, not even a human ( number from Charlotte NC )

You have been contacted by WN Positions because, while online, you indicated you were interested in job opportunities?

I did not indicate anything as they claimed and went through their do not call process.  I have been contacted several times and have requested them to stop calling.

This is a scammer call.  A notice was given out by the Idaho Department of Labor to not provide any personal information as the caller identifes that they are calling about their employment - I have heard that they ask for your social security number and other personal identifying information.  

DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY INFORMATION TO THEM - IT IS NOT THE DEPARTMENT OF LABOR!!!!!

I got two messages left on my cell phone from this number. I have read other posts regarding this no.  I NEVER filled out a survey of any kind about this.

Just got a call from this number, didnt answer. Recently applied for a job via craigslist, I may follow up with the companies HR department to see if the job posting is fake or not.

Next time he calls I'm Totally going to troll his a**.

This number called me on 1/30 and again on 1/31. No message.

I got a call from 208-980-7065.  No replay when I answered. I have put my number on craigslist or I have not been looking for a job.  Rob

got a call from same number but I did missed it. Glad I did. When I get a call like this I automatically tell them I am on the Federal Do NOT CALL list and they are in violation of federal law and I am forwarding the number and them to the federal complaint line and they usualy hang up before i get it all out./ from what i understand they are not supposed to be using cell numbers to soliciate on due to complaints that they are using up peoples minutes. I had heard they passed a law against it. report them

Obvious phishing scam. Called about a fake online survey trying to get information.

Stupid scammer/telemarketer. They call and hang up immediately then you get an automated system explaining that they called because you requested info on jobs. I have a great job and have not requested any info. Losers.

Person that called me today at 208-980-7065... Don't bother calling me back! Cuz, I'll never answer the phone.... Get a real job and leave the rested of us willing to work without ripping people off, alone!  You A**!

I received a call from this number - didn't answer it, and they didn't leave a message.

Got a call from this number today saying i took a survey and i said i didn't remember taking a survey, but then it mentioned that it's a career matching service, which made sense to me because I'm actively searching for a job. It asked me a few questions to verify my age, etc. and then it asked my DOB, which i gave the correct answer. Then it asked for my name and i responded, "don't you have that information?" And it responded "none of your information is stored for security purposes." And i hung up, feeling foolish for even giving my DOB. it seemed like it might have been automated based on its responses, but it seemed more advanced than what I've usually dealt with. I was at first worried it was a phishing scam until i looked up the number.

Received a call from Jonathan. Wanted my name, address,and email. Was going to set me up with a matching agent for a job in my area. Eventually a busy signal came on.

THIS CALL CAME THROUGH ON MY HUBBY'SPHONE, AND WE HAVE NO IDEA WHERE THEYGOT THE NUMBER, OR WHAT THEY WANT!!!

this man called and said i has won 1000 dollar gift card to walmart. but then asked for a credit  card number so they could transfer it onto my card. he got mad when i said i don't have my card nor know the number. then i hung up.He said he was with publisher company or something like that.

Just received a phone call from WN on my cell phone, the first one.  Number was 208 980 7065, Blackfoot Idaho with a fine computer voice named Josheph in response to an online questionaire that I supposibly filled  out.  Will that be the last one or will this be a common occurance. Anyone know?

I got a call from this number about online survey. Since I know I haven't taken a survey and since he didn't say my name or ask for me, as soon as he said how u doin I told him I was only 12 then he hung up. I am an adult but i get tired of these types of people callin my cell phone. Hope I don't get called again.

Received a call from this number and when I answered there was no one on the other line - just dead air so I hung up.  This number has called me a few times before but I never answered assuming it was a scam and after reading these posts I was right!

I got a call they said "I am calling in response to your online survey" well this number is for family medical emergancy use only and I did not put it on some online survey

I received the same type of call  with the 208 area code. Now that I read these posts, it did sound like and automated call. Mine ended when they asked if I would go back to school at no cost via scholarship and when I said "no" it promptly hung up on me. I guess my advice is that when you do an online application, make sure you check "NO" for receiving additional education. The same person, Joseph, answered a second time, and I asked him if he was a real person or a robot, it hung up. I just hope it isnt a scam....I am reporting this to the FCC as well.

Good old Joseph is trying to get personal information to scam you.
You need to call and report him.
DO NOT GIVE HIM ANY INFO.

I don't use Craigslist, so not sure how he got the number.  On a different note, DO NOT REGISTER @ pch.com. Even if you change your mind and don't hit send, they have already taken all of you info and will be selling it within minutes. If you want to register with them, use a dummy email account, because you will have a full mailbox within hours of filling out the form whether you submit it or not.

Told me he was calling about a job survey I just took. Asked him what this survey was when did it happen. He tried to convince me I forgot about it. I asked him his name, said Joseph. I asked if I could visit him and discuss this so called survey. He is in Blackfoot Idaho, it is just west of Idaho Falls. Told him he called my cell with an unsolicited call and we needed to work things out. Plus he needed to reimburse me for my air time. He(Joseph) stuttered when I told him I was sending a collections agent to collect the money and then hung up. Made me sad as I was just getting started. Oh well, I have his number, if I get bored I will see if he remembers me.

i got a call from the same guy. told me i took a survey and he wanted to help me find a job. i asked him who he was trying to contact. he couldn't answer and i hung up. this is a scam. i still get calls from this number tho. next time i might just answer and make up stuff just to troll the scammer.

I also was looking at craigslist (for apartments) after not touching the site for months, and I got this call. Das b***s***.

I have been looking at cragislist for aparments the last two days after not touching it for months, and I got this call. I wonder if ol' Craiggy or myself has a program to pull our phone numbers from our cookies (or something, I'm not a tech person).

Got a call from this number this morning. After I said "hello" two times, a computer said "goodbye", then hung up. I just answered a craigslist ad for a job last night. I wrote a cover letter with my cell phone number included. Maybe that's what happened. I never answer anything on craigslist unless it looks legit. If that person calls back, I definitely won't give out personal information. I don't anyway. It's soooo annoying!
