I have no idea who this is.

This is a cell phone number from someone who uses stolen credit cards to purchase whatever you want to sell.   You will not receive your money from the credit card company if you proceed with any transactions.   Stop this scam artist's ability to use this phone number for further fraud.

They tried to buy $5,300 in rubber stamps to ship to
an orphanage in South Africa.
We were initially contacted with an e-mail revbrain_bones@yahoo.com . The guy called himself Rev. Brain Bones (this was the first red flag for us) then he insisted on shipping throught a company named Unlimited Shipping, and to pay them directly, but we could not found such co. on the internet.
Althought the cards were charged, I insisted on more information
such as the bank's issuing the cards and billing address and phone.
We are still waiting for a reply. Too good to be true.

its a scam number.  my contact name was Rev. Ballack...shipping a generator to Ghana for $20K total.  address was 1313 stockron st in San Francisco.

contacted by Rev Ballack who needed a generator shipped to Ghana...almost $20K.  I smelled a rat and found this website. bogus phone number, address given was 1313 Stockron St in San Francisco...Chinatown. Another name given of Deco Suraju.  Stay away!

Got an e-mail from "Dean Williams" asking for a quote on 80,000 printed pieces, leaving this number.
Guess I'll pas on this one.

I have received emails from this same address, but no calls. It seemed suspicious, so I looked it up, and I found all of this? Wow.

Used # 209-207-3866 and email dwilliams2g1@yahoo.com. Also asked me for a price quote for 80,000. Used the name Dean Williams and an address in San Fransisco.

Glad I stopped my dim-witted coworker before this became a problem.

Thank you all for your input. I threw his quote in the garbage and marked him as a con in the customer files.

Dean Williams or dwilliams2g1@yahoo.com sent us an e-mail requesting 10 blowers to be shipped to Sweden. He gave a false address somewhere in ChinaTown in San Francisco Ca. He will not give a good number only (209) 207-3866 which is an extension that no one answers. He gives a credit card number but wants our machines approval codes so he can cancel the transaction after we ship the goods. We were smart enough to google his information before losing $7,000. Please do not deal with this idiot and soon enough he will go to jail where he belongs!

Did not receive a call from this number, but it was given to us as a contact phone number on an e-mail.  Received e-mail from dwilliams2gl@yahoo.com wishing to purchase a large quantity of confined space blowers and have them shipped to Sweden.  Wished to use a credit card for payment.  Seemed fishy from the get go.  Googled the phone number and here we are.

After becoming suspicious, a google search led me here, and needless to say I will not contine the transaction.

I received an email from a Dean Williams requesting price quote for 80,000 flyers to be printed. I've been doing business online for quiet a while now to smell internet fraud, even through emails..lol. His request was suspicious, so I did a google search by his email: dwilliams2g1@yahoo.com ....and guess what - same guy!

Emailed us to buy a used watercraft and wants to use a credit card number.  Says his name is David Williams from Toronto, and used this phone number.  When you call the number back it goes to an answering machine.  The address he used is a bar/restaurant address in Toronto at 67 Front Street E, M5E 1B5.   He speaks very slowly on the phone, probably because English is his second language.  The item he wants to buy is quite old and not worth shipping to the east, so the transaction was already suspicious.  Email address he used is dwilliams2g1@yahoo.com.

Scam from Ghana South Africa, same phone number (2092073866)  Ran $12,000 on a stolen credit card. Wanting to buy 3 custom arcade machines shipping with made up McDillan Freight. Holding funds for investigation.

Scam!!!

Robin Hendry, phone 209-207-3866, and e-mail at robin_hendry@yahoo.com, tried to scam us on a wood parquet order, to be shipped to Sweden.

This card number has also been used at our dealership trying to buy a tractor.

A caller from this phone number stole my credit card information and tried to buy a hot tub from a jacuzzi store in Canada.
