To remove yourself from the automated software you will need to follow these steps. Answer the call, within the first 2 seconds of silence, before the software plays the pre recorded message, press the 1 dial digit. You must have tone dialing enabled on your phone, tone dialing allows your phone to use the dial tones to navigate through automated systems. On the automated telemarketing systems the 1 tone will remove your entry from the list if you press it before the recorded message recognises you picked up.
