Phone rings once and stops.  Says missed call.  No message left.  Calls at least twice a day.

I have an iPhone so I can block these people. Maybe your phone can do the same thing. I also found out if you can't block them on your phone, your provider can.

Scam... creditor wouldnt give me the name of the company

offered me a $100 giftcard and when i gave my name it sent me to another person to talk about money owed.

I got this call as well, I called back today and its from a "rewards redemption" company, although they didn't say which one.  "Judy" (recorded voice), stated it was for $100 to be used at certain retail stores.  (thats when I hung up) -
and Tamra above was correct about the affiliated website but no further info is provided.

This number keeps calling me around 4-8 pm. No message or identifying company name. I called back and got an answer machine, in a young female's voice, that said something along these lines; "thank you for calling, we're currently closed call back within business hours..." It does Not mention company name or what the business hours are...Called me 3 times in one week.

This number calls and keeps hanging up.

This number keeps calling me and hanging up before the first ring even finishes!

Called my cell, no message

Called my cell phone ... No message.

Someone at this number keeps calling me then hanging up when voice mail kicks in.

WASN'T EVEN ON THE WEB FOR THEM TO SAY THAT!!!!

I called this number back and a recording said they called me because I went to one of their affiliated websites and they wanted to offer me something in appreciation. I just hung up at that point.
