They are driving me insane!! I now have 45 different numbers from these jerks!!  That's not counting the ones they called from before I started labeling them or the Unknown caller ones!!

This the most annoying, illegal scam going. This people are actually in India/Pakistan/Asia using VOIP over the Internet to US Servers and spoofing the caller ID numbers. There is apparently NO way to stop them, at least no one has taken up the cause.

You can't even effectivly block them since the fake caller ID changes about monthly. I don't know what can be done other than if you don't recognise the number and, it's not local, don't answer. Legitimate callers will leave a message, these wasts of life never will.

Asian accent person... Very pushy, wanting to sell pharm drugs.  He said i placed an order with them before, and i said "hmmm really?, becsuse i have never been on any medication".  So then he asks me how old I am, and I said "that is rude to ask that to a woman".  Then I informed him of the Federal Communications Trade Act, and said that if they didn't put me on their 'do not call list', I would sue them in a small claims court.  Then he hung up.  I have found that if you throw that lingo at people, they don't call back.

I am DONE with these stupid calls and the callers becoming insulting when I tell them there is no "Mark" in my house. I am going to find a way to get this company fined and if that doesn't work then I am going to induce my own pay pack when they call! One way or another, they will wish they would have stopped when I asked them too! What good is the Do-Not-Call list if they can ignore it without consequence?? So I am tracing every call they make, collecting as many numbers as I can! Grrrr!

Forget the 'Do Not Call' list...it has nothing to do with these off-shore criminals. Unless our representatives in Congress start getting these annoying phone calls, nothing will be done to stop them. I NEVER answer the phone when unknown numbers call. One upside to that, besides avoiding stress, is that they don't persist beyond half a dozen tries. A few are more persistant, but they DO give up after a short time. I have kept a record of every number and I have to go back and read the post by INTERPOLATOR. Nothing may come of all his/her effort, but it is better to at least TRY doing SOMETHING as apposed to waiting for Congress to do anything about this problem.

I have asked them - I assume it was them even though the number is different each time - to remove me on multiple occasions.  I've been on the national do not call list for years.

By now, everyone should have figured out that the FTC
DO NOT CALL LIST [so-called] IS JUST A BIG JOKE.  
However, everyone should keep filing their complaints,
and to keep their own respective log regarding same.

at first i got calls from 4 digit numbers for someone asking for michael. then he started spoofing his number which i blocked 10 of them. eventually I started finding out info on this person. This Caller is an outsourcer. there PBX astrix server that lets them spoof there calls is located in new york, there official number is " (646) 386-2389 " which is also located in new york. the reason how i found that out is he accidently slipped up and called me on the main line.  I did verify this by calling them back.   whenever i get a number thats spoofed asking for michael and they hang up on me when i call back at  (646) 386-2389 the same person always picks up.  I told them if they called me again i was going to call the police.  I've spoken with one person named " josh " the other was a female named " Kim " telling me that my number would be taken off an still it hasnt. they still call me today.  its only a matter of time before phone/computer forensics investigators pan out the kinks when they deploy the SWAT Team whereever " (646) 386-2389 " is.  After there computers get confiscated they will no longer be able to Spoof with there equipment. there main line will be ripped from the wall and then they will get deported back to india.  
cause right about now ive had about enough. ive been polite. ive brought out the airhorns. ive even spoofed there number and called them back from there own number and they never pick up then. f*** these guys seriously.

Just received the same call (12:05pm local time).  I tried to answer, received no response and they hung up.

This number calls me SEVERAL times a day..  I have asked and told to stop calling me.  That I know they are selling drugs from out of state and this is illegal.  I said that I have reported them.  They guy said to me.
"So..  you can't catch me, we are not even in the US and we will keep calling all the time".  Really???  How do I get them to stop?

At least one call a day and the man calling, usually has an accent that makes it sound like he's calling from Bombay or New Delhi. He always wants to sell pharmaceuticals, sometimes from the "Canadian Pharmacy." They use many different numbers, I label all of them "Nuisance Call" and simply reject without answering any "Nuisance Call" that comes in.  There are about 20 numbers so far I have labeled as "Nuisance Call."  I don't think they'll run out of numbers soon, but being able to simply reject the call without answering saves me a lot of aggravation.

Over the last 2 years I've gotten probably 75-100 calls; when I do answer they ask for the same person, Loren. For a while, I would ask them if Loren was there before they got a chance to ask me, then demanded to speak to him, insisting that I knew this was his number. The caller was so confused and then said I was wasting his time. Several times I've even used an air horn on them which did seem to make them stop calling for several weeks. Now I just don't answer any calls that are not in my contact list.

Received a call from this number while i was at work. Called for someone who was not available and i asked if they wanted to leave a message then out of NO WHERE the heavy accented freak on the other side of the line ask me if I like sex? Really now? *Click* Then the same person calls back from a different number now (516-824-5563) and said "i was asking you a question, do you like sex?" put him on hold and forwarded him to my boss where he continued with his lude questions so she set him straight with a firm talking to. I don't know if i can call it a scam but it is just plain weird. Don't answer the phone when these numbers call.

Tie up there time.  Say your very interested but need to find your Credit Card.  Say u got another call but please wait.  Spend as much ot their time as you can--its the worst thing u can do to them.  Then start talking nonsense.  I ask them " Is this the person to whom I am speaking?"  Are they married---Kids?  I start F'ing with their heads--then remind them yur VERY interested in buying a LOT of stuff---then get totally wacky---all with an Indian accent -- they will hang up on you and make a note not to call you back....at least it works for me.

They keep calling my number for somebody else. When I tell them they have wrong number they hang up and call back later.

Funny that all the complaints against these people using different numbers tha no one knows who or where they are. Hasn't anyone done business with these people and got burned that can give the rest of us more info so we can block their web site and phone numbers? They just want your CC info to steal your identitity. Anyone want to start a class action suit against them for harrassment?

This number called me today at 5:21PM (EDT) and since "Out of Area" appeared in the caller id display, along with this number I did not recognized, I did not answer.  We have been getting too many unwanted calls (several a week) from robocalls that leave messages claiming it's our "last chance to lower credit rates" and the pharmaceutical sales calls, which this appears to be from the first post by JB on 9/15.  We do not answer these calls and don't answer the phone in general if we don't recognize the name or number in the caller id display.  It has been recommended NOT to answer these calls or they will continue more frequently.  These pharmaceutical sales calls have been going on for several years now and I just wish there was some way to get these @ssholes to stop calling because they have become a major nuisance and they're harassing.  I'm pretty sure it's foreign companies but I am reporting this one to Do Not Call because it's a California phone number (area code 209 is in the Modesto, CA area), by Pacific Mobile and it's licensed by Commpartners, Llc.

I get calls from this number frequently and have asked them to stop calling.  The man asks for Donald, I tell him he has the wrong number but he keeps calling.  Sometimes he is extremely rude other times he just hangs up.

Constant calls trying to sell me prescription drugs!

I have received 5 calls from this number this afternoon, and refuse to answer them. That does not seem to discourage the jerks!! I am on the do not call list, but that doesn't seem to matter.
