collections agency have been calling my employment place for me. this is against the law, and ask them too stop, i havent gave them my work phone number so i dont know how they got it. but they need to stop calling my work place as i ask them.

They are harrassing my husband at work every day we offered the Household on our car way over what was wanted and they sold at aution for 3500.00 and they will not stop calling him i want this stopped.

If you knew anything about the term "harassment"  you would know it is defined in every state's  penal code law.

Since I've worked for a collection attorney I wonder how much trouble you would get into if this was brought to your bosses attention.You know it is funny to me that collection companies try to bully and take advantage of the general public who do not know the law. According to the law you are only allowed to call a number a certain amount of times, you are NOT allowed to threaten or degrade the person whom you are talking to either.

For those of you who do not know the law then look up: Fair Debt Collection Practices Act also known as FDCPA. You will be surprised how quick these companies back off when you tell them you know about that law & what they are doing is considered harasment!

These people have been calling my dad in reference to his 2009 Xterra; Nissan is crazy, my dad carried full coverage insurance and he purchase the GAP insurance from Nissan. This vehicle was not even a year old when he had the automobile accident which wasn't even his fault. Nissan retrieved the vehicle from the Towing service during the beginnings of a the lawsuit to the party that caused the accident. Nissan did not allow my father's insurance to do a detailed insurance claim so Nissan ended up selling the vehicle for $550.00; can you imagine to our suprise when all this happened. Now Nissan has turned over this bad debt to this stupid collection agency that has idiot people and you know my dad is 89 years old, he doesn't need a new car, it was Nissan's fault for being stupid and now it is their loss as well as the stupid collection agency that purchased this bad debt!!! MORE DUMB A***S IN THE WORLD LET LOOSE... THAT IS WHAT THIS COLLECTION AGENCY IS... STUPID STUPID STUPID

If you are a real professional then you would identify the company and the intention of the call personal information cannot be shared but the name of your company and some details can be given. Also calling people out is real brave over the internet and name calling is real professional as well. If you had any business sense you would respond in a more professional manner. Unblock your number so 1-000-000-0000 does not show up people get nervous because there are scam artists out there using the same tactics.

acually they are asking of something that they didnt give me , its the COLLATERAL. It was sold and the VIN number now is under a new name. Now any attempts to collect on that constitutes a felony conversion of a motor vehicle and GMAC can be charged with VIN fraud as well.

They keep calling leaving messages on my answering machine for a Amanda Cardoza.  No one here has that name.  My machine hangs up before their message is finished.

I had Alex Fields call me also. (800) 473-7885 xt. 3505. He called my work number & how they got that number is beyond me, since I NEVER give out my work number to anyone. No details either. And his number showed up as all zeroes on my caller-id at work too...weird.

Did you ever stop to think that there could be more to the underlying situation? Don't judge people!!! You don't have any idea what people are going through so before you make a judgement on them how about putting yourselves in their shoes for a minute. Its not like we go out and make purchases planning not to pay for them. I could pay MY bills if my employer would pay me. I work strictly on commission as a Travel Agent, but because the owner of my host company chose to build a 2 million dollar home in Florida, and put the company in a financial stress, I can't get my pay that they have owed me since July! They owe me over $3000, but until they pay me, I don't pay ccb!!!! Can't get blood from a turnip and sure can't get money from an empty bank account. Then on top of that - my husbands job is holding on by a thread. They have gone from 86 employees to 25 in 2 months. So put that in your pipe and smoke it Mr. Judge!!!! I get these calls all the time. there looking for someone who clearly doesn't even have this number any longer and they have been told this. but what they were not counting on is encountering someone with a legal background,and the fact that they have been told to remove my number beecause said party does not live here. Received a call today from a Janice Thompson  Phone number 1-800-473-7885 extention 3540, asking for me, then she tells me that I owe $1,000 to wells fargo. I told her that I don't have any business with wells fargo. so she tryed to verify me with a address that didn't match and the last 4 digits of a social securtiy that didnt match. I told her it wasn't me and she said that I was breaking the law by not admitting that it was me.

They left a mesage on my recording.  I called back it was not for anyone in my house hold.  I ask them to take my phone # off of their system & they would not unless I gave them my personal info.  Why would anyone give out there personal ????  I will not give anyone my personal info....
