I received a call from this number, and they don't say anything or hang up. When I picked the line back up a few times they were still there. I finally got a dial tone!

This number calls me, I answer, they say nothing, I hang up. When I attempt to call them I get the message "you are not approved to call this number". Wish I knew who they were so we could attempt to get them to stop. This just started happening last week.
