They called me from this same NY number stating I took out an online pay day loan which I never received. I got about 2-3 calls with messages from a "Paul Smith" saying if I or my attorney didnt return the call then all he could do is wish me good luck!! LOL Bastrads!!!! Get a real Job!!!

I have been receiving calls from these freaks for two months.  They have called my work phone also.  They use all kinds of different names and many different numbers.  Police told me there is nothing they can do, that it is a nationwide payday loan scam and the people are located overseas.  Today I had a message to call Paul Smith at 646-504-2448.  Said I better call back right away or God help me.  I have had several calls saying they are taking me to court the following Monday.  Never happened.  I know how they got my info.  I recently applied for a payday loan.  When you fill out your application, that company is not the lender -- they send it out to a bunch of other companies who send it out again.  Apparently someone is selling the information to these scammers.  I understand some people have been harrassed by these people for two years.  Everytime I ask them to send me the papers on this, I'm told they can't do that.  They were using people who could barely speak English.  Now they are using ones that can, but they still have accents.

I just got the same call from "Robert Williams".  3 messages on my cell phone that said the same thing that everyone else's said and they wished me good luck in court.  Then they started calling my work.  Once I asked what it was about, they said they would read me the affadavit.  When I started to ask questions, they told me to shut up!  I told them to file their lawsuit because then they couldn't call me anymore and hung up. Caller ID doesn't even show a real number! SCAMMERS!

I also got the same thing happen to me he said he was taking me to court if i didn't pay 952.00 that very day i started to cry didn't understand what was going on he called my work as well and i almost lost my job i do have a loan out but i am not delinquent on it. we called our loan place and thay are aware of this man his name is dexter lewis with a oriental voice i  was stuped and gave him my bank card number with my three digit number on the back .... thank god i cancelled my card i called him back and told him he was a scammer and if he dear to touch my account the law is aware of him please everyone look out for this number thay are scammers and will take your money.. his number also came up at times 0000.. i just would like to know how he got all my info.. he will get whats coming to him from the law..

These people have been calling my job for at least three weeks. It is very frustrating. I don't even know how these peoople got my number

Man i looked on my cell phone and it was this number 00110000 and i answered. They said i had a law suit form a advance payday loan. Now i know i havent worked since 2010 so what it the big deal, Man they had my last 4 ssn and my old bank i am no longer with and they said iwas being charged with this and that. They told me i have to pay 315.00 or else i have to go to court. I asked them to send me an email of all the stuff. And guess what i never got an email fron them so whats the big idea. To me see like a fake. And the guy i talked to name was peter seevcer i had a forgein accent.

Got a call three times from "Mark Williams". First time he called it was from a 413 number. Got into an argument with him to find out what it out what the deal was and he gave me a payday loan company that I did business with saying that it was now in collections and that I had to pay him directly. When I called the loan company they told me that they did no such and that it was a scam. The loan company told me to report them to the authorities. The FTC is trying to catch these guys.

They have been calling us for about 3 weeks.  First time the guy actually made got mad at me and started cussing at me.  Threatened to come to my house and "F" my wife.  Since then it has been the normal you owe for unpaid payday loans, going to file a law suite againts you ect ect.  This last time they actually were able to have my wifes SS# and our banks name.  Law enforcement says there is nothing that can be done.

I ALSO GOT A PHONE CALL FROM 646-504-2448, SAYING ABOUT THE SAME AS EVERYBODY ELSE. THEY CALLED ME BACK IN SEPTEMBER OF THIS YEAR, I HAD IT OUT WITH THEM . BUT HERE THEY ARE AGAIN. THEY NEED TO STOP THESE PEOPLE . THE POLICE CAN GET MORE INFORMATION THEN WE CAN. WHAT ARE THEY WAITING ON FOR SOMEONE TO GET HURT OVER THIS JERK.

People call my job and my house my cellphones, n family. Don't know how they get the info its very horrible they are allowed to do this. I don't understand a word they say. Stupid calls for no reason, very embrassing at work, and gettint hose calls. Smfh.

Received another call now from this number before from CA. Ah, someone who speaks better english. What an improvement. His name Paul Smith. Said, he is from Legal Account Services. I asked for a case number and he gave me one and number to call back. Wanted to know my lawyers name and I will be served on Thursday. When I mentioned that it's Thanksgiving he then changed it to Friday. What a scam. Take information down and forward to police. They'll get caught!!!!

I received a call on my job today from this 646-504-2448, he said his name was Jack Morris...NOT his accent was very strong...He told I took out a pay day loan and I never paid the company back. I hung up on him...He called my job back again and ask me why i hung up. I got his information and called him on another phone...He told me I needed to pay $500.00 today or I will be charge with bank fraud. I told him I will have my lawyer call him back. When I called back later and ask when was the loan taken out and what's the name of the place I took this pay day loan he told me he couldnt give out that information. I called the police and report him and this bogus # because he stills have all of my information...I filed a report at my police department and they are looking into it...

So I had a message on my cell phone - caller id 0000, from a "Mark Williams" claiming that there is a law suit against me and if I don't get back to him "IMMEDIATELY God help me and good luck". Not a minute later doesn't he call my work number! Now I am not a stupid woman and I know that there is no legal company that will tell you that you owe money and not tell you who you owe it to and I highly doubt that India has a ton of Mark Williams running around.  When I told him that he had five days to send me proff of debt in the mail - he had the nerve to tell me that I would get the paperwork AFTER I paid!! Really - I think not! He has also recently called one of my neighbors looking for me.  Now when I called back the above number it goes to a generic voice mail. I will be reporting this to all of the appropriate agencies.  BEWARE - old scam - new number.

I RECEIVED A CALL FROM 6465042448 . THE VOICE IS A MAN FROM THE ACCENT HE IS INDIAN .HE THREATENED ME THAT I HAVE A CASE IN THE COURT AND IF I DIDNOT ANSWER HIS QUESTIONS HE IS GOING TO SUBMIT THE CASE AND I WILL FACE THE CONSEQUENCES !!

Received the same phone call, obviously from an $8/hr outsourced alien that is barely understood.  Chances are a friend listed you as a "reference" and they are using any methods possible to scare tactic you and/or them into paying the outstanding debt - often occurring from a payday advance or some type of high-interest fast loan.

I received the same call from a panic sounding Indian woman (Kim Wilson... right!!!)  Could barely understand what she was saying.  Looked up number on Google and found others had received the same call. Should have figured it was a total fake!!!!!  Since my number is on the DO-NOT-CALL Registry, how did these fools get it?

Received a call from Kim Wilson on my personal phone and stated that it was an urgent matter. When I called back I couldn't talk to Kim Wilson and a man answered the phone. Claimed I took out a payday loan and now I am facing federal charges for banking fraud. Stated they would download my file to a local court house and they would require me to appear in court prior to next Friday but couldn't indicate which court I would need to appear at. Sounds like a scam, the number was calling from New York and stated that I would need to pay $2589.00 in order not to have my file sent. Sounds like a scam to me.
