I got the same call, at 8:15pm 12/8/08.  I picked up, there were 3 or 4 short beeps (almost like someone was pressing the buttons very quickly) and they hung up.

in the record it says its a part time telemarketing job. I called to apply for it, and just now searched the number...

My fax machine rung but the paper had no message in it.  This is happening quite often.

we, are geting tired of the calls from this number and when we do answer they hang up.

Called the number back and it said CPYC, which might stand for Cottage Park Yacht Club???

Called the number back and got an answering machine that said,"Hey-y-y, thank you for calling the CPYC phone (Unintelligible)office.  Please leave your name and phone number and we'll get right back to you.  Thank you."  Did a search on CPYC phone and got the following results:
