I get those calls too, the donotcall.gov and the FTC or phone co will not help you, Since the gov don't help call your congressman and tell them to shut down those 2 goverment offices. In the meantime the phone number belong to pac west telecomm, when you get those phone call call up their main office, their number is 1-877-626-4325 and annoyed them like they do you and see how they like it.

I was getting the same spanish recording by the lady that sound like she is yelling at you. I was getting this message almost everyday. I find out that the line is being paid by Pack West Telecom, their phone number is 877-626-4325. I called them up and got them to take my phone number off their list but now I am getting the same message by a company from Miami called BK Agency and from 2 other phone lines. I think they sold my number. and so far I can't find the company phone number and get them to stop. Its getting bad.  Good luck

I have been receiving calls from a spanish speaking woman. If I answer or ignore, it is immediately a recording that I cannot understand! If I answer back, it's normally the same recording. If I actually get to speak with someone, they tell me they don't speak english and hang up. Finally yesterday my friend called and told them to stop calling my number. It was working until now, 24 hours after the argument. If they call me one more time, I will be involving the law!

This number has called me twice all ready this morning. I try to call it back and it's busy. I have never been able to get a word in because they are speaking so fast and in Spanish which I don't understand. I have had them calling far a few weeks now and I am sick of it!!

You called my phone twice without leaving a message. Telephone harassment is against the law in California (Penal Code section 653m, Penal Code section 422-422.1). Just one unwelcome call may be harassing. I encourage you to report this annoyance caller to your local law inforcement if he/she continues to make harassing/annoyance calls.

These people keep calling , up to 5 times a day  from CA.    some recorder says you # has been registered, we'll call you later.  i just dont answer any more. its anoying!!

They've called repeatedly over the last two days, all while I'm at work. If I don't recognize the number I don't answer so I haven't talked to them.

I have the same problem... they call at several times during the same day, and they don't stop.  I asked  to speak with a supervisor and they hang up on me. Its been everyday up to 6 times per day and it has been for the past 5 weeks already..Is always in spanish  and when I tell them that I am not interested, someone else calls me an hour latter.... what is going on?  when is this going to end? I have called them back and it tell me that the call has been register.... THIS NEEDS TO STOP OR I AM GOING TO THE POLICE... DO NOT CALL ME ANYMORE.....

I am receiving calls from this number. They have left a number of messages, all in Spanish, which is not a language that I am familiar with. When I called back to see who was calling me, I was met with a recorded message in Spanish. These calls are highly annoying!!!!

I get numerous calls everyday from this number. They speak spanish and I do not. I have asked them to stop calling my phone and was told to F off.

I got a rambling, spanish speaking recording. The recording of a woman spoke so fast, I could understand nothing she said. I hung up.

this number has called me more than 20 times now. they call me in spanish and try to sell me crap. when i answer and ask for someone who speaks in english, THEY LIE and tell me no one speaks english. then they hang up. my number is on a do not call list and by law i can begin suing them when i feel like i want to beginning at $500 per phone call. They call my almost everyday and when I do answer, they just hang up on me. WHen I called back, it was a recording in spanish saying that my call has been registered and they would call me soon. Idiots!!!!!
