Received call from Mark White on my cell phone asking did I know a co-worker that is actually no longer with the company. He indicated she had used me for a reference and he needed her to call him. The call shows it came from 510-722-6023, but he gave the 209-642-4409 callback number. He said it was regarding a legal case and he needed her to call back as soon as possible. He has an indian accent and ended call with Have a Blessed Day.

My son got a call today from these people.  they had tried to call me last week and said I owed a payday loan.  Today they call him.  I never got the loan and it really upset me.  I called this advance cash and you are right with both numbers.  209-642-4409 and 510-722-6023.  these are scammers.

I received a call from mr Mark White and he helped me from the legal issue. He is really nice person who has helped me alot. He listened me very carefully and suggested the right things. I do not know why the people had put the negative comments about Mr. white.

Mike White, Douglas Walker and Robin Smith. Same indian accent. Says hes from OCS. ANNOYING!!  Calls every day. Now is saying he loves me and will stop if I tell him I love him Back!! What can we do to stop these distacting calls!?

I sent a text message from my cell phone telling them not to contact me anymore....

Man claimed to be David Brown indian accent from OCS out of court settlement services.

I keep getting the same calls 3 or 4 times a day at work and my cell phone DAILY. Guy says his name is 'Austin' and he's with OCS which stands for Out Of Court Settlement.  The very moment you receive this call I need you or your attorney to call. If I don't hear from you then a case will unfold on me and a case will be downloaded to my social __________.  I have asked 'Austin' which company is this and he said he can't give me any information.  I would have to hold on for about two mins and speak to his supervisor who will give me information.  I then say again. STOP CALLING ME.......  He's very persistent this has been going on for about 9 months off and on.  On the recording they end the call with God Bless and Have a Good Day.  These messages are received when I answer or when they leave a voicemail.  This is ridiculious!!!!! I want to end the madness as well.

would you mind sharing the address you used for OCS. They are calling my cell and work and it's very irritating.

This creep has been calling me and leaving creepy messages on and off for about a year.  I think the heavy Indian accent is phony.  Today he had the last 4 numbers of my social security number on his CREEPY message.

I got a call from this number and they are harassing me they said that I have a case from OCS and that if I dont calll them back a police will come pick me up... yeah right...

Given the variety of callers (SSA, law firm) I'd say this number is used for scams.

Buy a whistle or air horn and use it, God will forgive.

so these ppl called and harrased my aunt saying they were from the social security administration. So just for fun i called them back and harrased them asking for Mark Whites physical address since he is supposed to practice law in california. I went through like 5 of their operators before one of them decided to start speaking in a different language. I continued to harrass them about the address and the fact that it is not confidential information i am asking for. They finally hung up on me, so i decided to call them back again and they had shut down that line so it would not take calls. I thought it was pretty funny.

I went through the same thing with these guys.  My bank is actually going to take care of this.

I get this same number and have done some research of my own, This is a scam and I just don't answer the phone anymore.

Same story. This has been going on, intermittently for a year. I advised them that I have contacted the City Attorney and the County Dept of Consumer Affairs, which I have. The City Attorney suggested that a complint be filed with the FCC. If you can, add my post.

I had my boss who is a lawyer speak to them and tell them even if they were legit (which they are not) what they are doing is against the fair debt collection act law - after months of harrasment I filed a complaint with the attorney general and condumer affairs - case # c1-1-603262882 - I siggest you add on to the complaint so we can all end the madness

They called and claimed that they from OCS law firm.. (something like that) and provided the last 4 digit with name. Beware..

Have been getting phone calls off & on for months both on my cell and at work - only he's Adam Andrew.  They claim I have an unpaid loan, but their client has "requested they not give me any information" until I supply them with my personal details.  When they called my office the last time, I finally told them that I know the call is a scam and  to quit calling my office or I would turn them over the Major Hobson of the RPD Major Crimes, Fraud Division (Actual police officer, fake department).  They've stopped calling my office, but continue to call my cell and even somehow managed to get the name and cell number of my best friend (who told him he was full of S*** and hung up on him).  I've been letting him leave messages on my cell - they always start with "the very second you receive this message you must call me back. . . if I do hear back from you or your appointed legal representative, the only thing I can do is wish you good luck. . . .  Next time he calls I'm just going to tell him that I've filed a police report and given copies of his voice mails to them and that they will be in touch if he doesn't quit calling.  We'll see how that works.

The person that always calls from this number is Mark White (really!!!).  I took him for a ride the other day.  I gave a fake accent and phone number.  I have sent a cease and desist letter to OCS demanding proof that I have incurred a debt.  I don't expect a reply.

This company keeps calling my place of work 3 and 4 times a day looking for a past employee,we tell them each and everytime that he does not work here any longer,and to please stop calling here this is a place of business.  The next day the same thing 3 or 4 calls a day.  Who is this company???

My husband got a call saying they were some loan company and that he had not paid off a loan.  Coincidentally my husband got another phone call last few weeks from another number claiming a simliar thing.  So he was on their games and he said clearly "do not call me anymore or I will sue you".  And the people at this number said "okay we will be sure to not call you anymore."  What is scary is somehow they already had the last four digits of his social security number.  I really hate these people who just sit around and hack into people's personal information and play these identity theft games and then you sit and feel insecure about what they are doing with your information.  I hope all these stupid people get caught and cut off from all future such fraud.  I told my husband do not pick up these phone calls where you do not recognize the phone number.

These people have been calling my residence and cell phones claiming to be from OCS, and some Bureau of Crime Investigation from the State of New York. They trying to scare us into releasing personal information due to serious complains and other bogus claims, allegations shown supposely from one of our household members social security. They have very heavy accent, and are very persistant to get you to release names and other information. As a Paralegal I tent to know how these people operate and I am probably 10 times over persistant than they are and at one point while on the phone with one of them, he got really beligerant, and started to use foul language and hanged up on me. Please people be careful. I reserached the name of these companies out of New York and came back as none.
