I know this is a Charter automated number.  Very annoying, as I had to give them my phone number to start internet service.  Want it to STOP.  Who Can I sue??  I'm all over the donotcall.cov registry....

Received calls from this number at least 3 or 4 times in the past few days and caller never speaks. Will not answer to this number again.

It's Charter trying to sell you extra services.

Charter trying to upgrade your service.   They know your name from their files.     Won't take "no" for an answer and you can't block their number.

Why are they calling to begin with? I already took the bloody survey.

I will never answer this call it is sooo annoying I know it's a telemarketer.... So they can call forever maybe I will put it in my contacts and silence it...

two days in a row, you answer and there is dead silence,very aggravating.

I have received this same number's phone calls every day for 10 days straight now.  I have answered on 3-4 different occasions and told them to stop calling, but it's dead silent on their end and I still get the calls.  I tried blocking them, but they're still getting through.

As Jennifer said, it is Charter. Takes about 2 weeks for the calls to stop after you remove from the Do Not Call list.

Update on Previous Message, Caller is CHARTER............ typical.  Call the # back and tell them to put you on the Do Not Call list, takes a few days but the calls should stop.

Caller ID states Ranburne, Alabama, never leaves a message, ANNOYING!!

Charter again, I have ignored or blocked their calls and they just pass it to someone else with a different number.....They want me to upgrade my service, I'm not interested. They can be very rude and persistent.

3-4  calls a day ,daytime and evening hours never anyone on the line :/

DO NOT give them any of your information!  I just called charter and asked them about this and they said this is not one of their numbers and they are going to look into it

the number belongs to charter cable they want you to do a online survey  they will call 2 and 3 times a day everyday even if you ask them to stop

Several calls almost daily.  Caller I.d. states call originates from Alabama.  I called back a recorded message stating this is a non functional number.  Same routine I stay quiet when I pick up, they stay quiet every time.

I also kept getting calls from this number and heard nothing when I answered.  I went ahead and called this number, Charter Communications automated attendant answered on the other end.  After a short pause, a Charter Communications representative answered.  When I explained the problem, they said they would remove my phone number from their internal call list if I wanted, and the calls would stop.

I received two called for the past few days but I did not get chance to pick it up. Now I know it was from Charter, so I do not need to call them back and thanks for the info. Provided from you guys.

I called number back and was Charter Communications promotions department offering something. I asked to be taken off their call list and they did.

Called number back and it was a recording from Charter stating their office was closed.  They called me not even 2 minutes before I called back.

Got three calls never answered. My phone says Ranburne Alabama. Never leave message. I'm never going to answer this one must be telemarketer.

Received a few calls from this number - nobody ever is on the other end.  My phone says the number is out of Ranburne, Alabama.
