this # called my cell, I didn't answer since it was a California No., per my CallerID, when I called back from my landline using call block, this number had a recording that it was a "non-working" number??? must be telemarketers attempting to avoid Do Not Call List complaints...

Received phone call on my cell phone as well. I have a Kentucky phone number. Figured it was a solicitor.

Definitely a prank call. I believe these are google generated numbers, as I have had another one from Modesto CA in the past. Very annoying and no way to trace call. Thank you for posting info about this. I am glad I am not the only one.
