This number called me about a week or two ago, and I didn't answer because I had no idea who it could be.  The caller ID said "CA, USA".  I live all the way in Alabama so I don't know who would be calling me from California.  They didn't leave a message and luckily haven't called me again since then.

Joseph called me this morning from 818-665-7211 and proceeded to ask me a survey to qualify to get access to job openings. I asked him what survey he got my number from and he couldn't tell me. He ignored my questions and proceeded to tell me that the jobs were in (Orlando?) Florida. He was using a fake caller ID with a Southern California caller area code. When I started asking more questions, he acted as if he couldn't hear me and hung up.

Same bunch of garbage everyone else got.  I also believe it was a bunch of sound bites that were used to make it sound like a real person.  Nothing the guy said made any sense and I kept saying "what survey".  
I don't believe it was a real person.

Now some idiot has my cell number and it will be called all the time by creeps.

Thanks congress for your crap legislation called the Do Not Call List.  Never has worked and it in itself is a scam.

Vote all incumbents out of office whenever you can.  Lets play musical congressmen from now on until someone fixes this crap.

I just got a call from this number and a  man said he was calling from NW to follow up on a recent doctor's survey I had taken online. Of course, I had done no such thing so I said not interested and he said thank you, good-bye. I added number to contacts as a scam after reading other posts here. I changed ringer to one beep so I won't be disturbed by future calls from this number. Interestingly, I am also on the Do Not Call registry. Hmmm.

I called back after I hung up the first time. There is an option to press 9- then you enter your phone number with area code, and they said they wont call back. Hopefully it works. 3 call in 2 days.

Got a call today at 1506 and it beep and the said "Goodbye"

Called at 9:58am 1-30-12...no one answered when I said hello...just a recording stating "Good-Bye"...what the "blank" is up with this??  I do not know anyone at this number...I am registered for "Do Not Call"...

Person hung up when I answered. I tried calling back and it was busy.

Suggestion: I entered it in my contacts as "Don't Answer" so I'll know that it's a bogus call next time. I suggest you do the same.

"Joseph" just called because I "had expressed interest online about job opportunities".  Umm, no I hadn't and when I asked how he got my (cell) number he just started his "Hi this is Joseph.." shpiel again.  So I hung up.

called and I answered.  "Hi, this is Joseph and I'm calling about an online survey you completed".  I asked what survey.  He replied "the survey said you were interested in finding a new job".  My reply was FU and hang up.  I do not fill out online surveys and would NEVER give out my phone number.  Also, I'm retired and have absolutely no desire to find a job.

Person called about some online thing i did. Like i ever F#@%ING did that. and said about getting a job. DONT GIVE INFO TO THIS PERSON JUST HANG UP AND BLOCK THE CALLER. MOST LIKELY FROM CRAIGLIST B/C OF ITEM IM SELLING. PIECE OF S&*T AS$H0Le$

Called at 350pm CT on 1-24-13. I forget the mentioned party, but pretty much same info as Tom (above) described. Stated he would like me to complete a survey to see if I qualified for an un-described job. I asked whether he was calling to administer a survey, or calling on behalf of some job placement organization (I have recently applied to jobs)...however he didn't answer my question (moment of silence) and just began asking survey questions! (something about would I go back to school to become better qualified for a job...) Needless to say, I kindly hung up.

I just got the call. Of course if I don't recognize the number I don't answer. Thank goodness

Caller claimed i recently filled out an online survey (I didn't) requesting more information about how to get a better job (I own my own successful business) and then told me the conversation would be recorded. I replied with, "great, maybe you can use the recording the ensure that you do not violate the Do Not Call list. I have no relationship with you, I filled out no survey giving permission for you to contact me and you're violating federal law right now. Do not call again."

Any more unmarked envelopes in my mailbox and I'll post your picture on the pegboard instructing my neighbors to not let you in.

got a call from 209-729-3860. when I picked up it said "goodbye".

I just got a call from this number Joseph Peter and when I called back to get my number taken off the call list the idiot kept going on with his script Hey Idiot I am in the sales dept I know that script Take me off the call list and when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was  given the same script l kept telling me I wanted off the call list and they called me back after I even called and told them to take me off the call list

Got a call from this number, said he was calling in response to a survey I took online. When asked what survey that was, the reply was "Someone in your household is searching for a new job and I would like to help them." So I said "So this is a telemarketer call?" Then he hung up.

My tracfone is a registered do not call and I believe any survey I may have taken I don't believe I have my phone number for fear is get stupid telemarketing calls like this one. Called @ 1:16 pm today  how do they get this number? Is my number being sold without my knowledge? Geeeesh.

Called my 209-450-xxxx on 1/8/13 @ 12:38.  No voice so I hung up.

The guy said "Hi this is Joseph Peters calling from WN about the recent online survey you took, how are you doing." Then there was silence. Then he repeated in the exact words, tone, and timing, "Hi this is Joseph Peters calling from WN about the recent online survey you took, how are you doing." I said "Um fine, who is this again, and he replied "Joseph Peters." And it sounded just like it was cut from the previous sentence. So I laughed and said "Okay, funny, this is one of those sound-bite sound-boards from the internet isn't it, who is this really?" And then he (or whoever) hung up the phone.

Called about some college thing saying that they're offering a 'no tutition' deal and having a full time job  who are they?

Called at 14:53 (PST). --"Calling about the recent online survey you took." --Ummm, cool. Which survey would that be? --"::click::"

Called at 1:25 pm on 1-7-13.  Answered as WN Positions. Talked to Joseph Peters about employment and he conveyed that for me to get better job, I would need more education. I conveyed to him that I already had a college education, and did not think he offered me anything better. He was polite enough, but ended the conversation soon after that revelation. This seems to be a company selling college classes with a better promise of job placement IMHO.
