Received one call yesterday from 2097334538 on APril 24, 2009

just got the call at work, i hope they dont call again

no one responded to my "hello"s so i hanged up on they's a***s

This number has been calling me for days and I never pickup a number I dont know for multiple reasons. But they have been calling my cell phone... Don't know how they got the number... I tried calling back after I read all of these messages and the person keeps hanging up... GET A LIFE LOSER!!!

Apparently a CIBC scam.  Don't give them any information.

You don't get charged any more than regular minutes on your cell.  LD charges don't apply if you don't make the call.

I didn't pick up because I didn't recognize the area code and looked it up. California! I'm in Montreal Canada. and I would've had to pay for that call. I've got nothing against telemarketers. I mean they have to pay their bills somehow but can't they at least keep it in the same country?

I recieved this call today and here was the message "your number has been selected to receive a free promotional gift. Please press 1 to hear about it."  Pressed 1 and the caller hung up.

Hope it did not steal my identity.

Just missed a call from this number. The answering machine picked up and they didn't leve a message. Go figure!
I'll play with them if I do end up answering the call and getting a scammer.

they called yesterday, i did not recognise the number so did not pick up. glad i looked it up here, as  i have relatives in that area, but not that specific town

Yeah. Been called by these morons from their hovel in Cali 3 times now on my cell in the last month (since i reactivated it go figure). How they got the #? Well, who knows. Just don't answer it. Calling back normally gets you Enya.

I got a call from this number asking me if I'd like to know more about the super duper tropical vacation I'd won (they didn't use those exact words, but pretty much). I said no I wouldn't like to hear about it and to please never call me again. They said they'd put me on the do not solicit list, and they haven't called since.

I just got a call from that number too.  I was in class so I didn't answer it, good thing I had it on vibrate.  I've had calls in the past that were nothing, what's up with that?  And this is my cell phone, the number wouldn't be listed.

Called apr 30 and said congratulations your phone has been selected press one now to collect your prize. I never pressed anything then they hung up...very strange phone call!
