These freakin people call AM/PM never leave a msg caller id "OUT OF AREA" WTF?

I have been receiving calls from this number but they never leave a message. Today, I finally decided to answer it to find out once and for all who it was. The man calling said he was from "Integrity Business Solutions" and immediately asked to verify my mailing address. I asked him, "what is Integrity Business Solutions?" His response was, "it's a business". I told him that was obvious and tried to ask again what type of business it was. He asked again to verify my mailing address. When I told him I would not verify any information until he verfiied to me who he was he got angry and said, "I obviously have the wrong number - I'm sorry" and hung up. Sounds like a scam to me!

I cannot find any info other than this is a Telemarketing landline. 3 calls in the last two days. I won't answer in but I'm VERY annoyed that I cannot find out who is calling and why....
