The card service scammers WILL "service" our credit cards, BUT, when they finish "servicing" them, they will have no available credit remaining!

I am on the do not call list and hate getting these types of phone calls.

This number is CURRENTLY being used by the drug-addicted "card services" scammers, who call us, pretending to be associated with our credit card companies, in an attempt to fool us into giving them our credit card numbers, so they can rip us off. People that have given their card numbers to these junkies have suffered severe financial losses. Beware of these lowlifes, and warn others, before they are cheated!

The young woman who calls says they are account services. She says there is no problem, but I need to push one to get my rate lowered, and that there is a time limit on the deal to lower my interest rate on my card. I pushed one to see what they would say. I asked them what account number they were calling about and they said they didn't have that info. I said then how can you lower the rate? They wanted me to give them my card number to help me and I hung up

They called me with a recording message minutes after I got off the phone with a CHASE BANK rep. I had called Chase to ask about an old credit card purchase. I also logged onto Chase's website

Same here. 209-824-5720 located in Manteca, CA just west of the 99 and 120 highways according to freephonetracer.com. The lead-in recording was in good English, but the representative could hardly speak English. When I asked the name and location of their company, they hung up. My cell is on the no-call list, but obviously that doesn't help anymore.

Just received a call from this number on my mobile phone. It was a prerecorded message and I presume it was from an automatic telephone dialing system.
Telemarketing calls or text messages made to cell phones ? if the company is using a prerecorded message or an automatic telephone dialing system ? now require (as of October 16, 2013) special written consent from the consumer before you can make the call or text the message. This company does not have written consent from me and therefore they are in violation of this law.
The Telephone Consumer Protection Act or TCPA allows private actions and provides for between $500 and $1,500 in statutory damages for each violation, with treble damages available for willful or knowing violations, as well as injunctive relief. In addition to private rights of action, the TCPA is enforced by the FCC and state attorneys general, with allowable fines that can reach $16,000 per violation.

Called and said there was no problem with my credit card, but that they wanted to lower my interest rate. Kept talking over me when I asked which credit card company they were with and acted like I was dumb for not getting how they were going to lower my credit cards when they didn't know which company my credit card was with! Then asked for my expiration dates and credit card numbers. Gave them expiration date, but refused to give them my credit card numbers.

Wanted credit account information. Would not stop talking when I kept interrupting her to take me off her phone list.

This number called my cell at 6:17am. I was already awake anyway, so I answered but there was only silence, and then they hung up.

This # called my cell. I don't have good enough reception to talk at my house. I just know this is not a # I am familiar with.

Unwanted digital telemarketer call. Claim there is no problem with my "credit card" but that I am eligible for a lower rate. Also on the national DO NOT CALL list but am being disrespected.
| Peter Pinto 2013-08-22 14:36:50 Unknown |
unwanted call, though on the do not call list!
