My apologies for the multiple posts, but it now seems that an actual name is attached to this number.  According to Google Phonebooks, it is registered to one "Robert Bretl."  A "Robert Bretl" is known to actually visit these websites, even started a thread on the 800Notes website concerning this number, stating that is was associated with the Imperial Majesty Company.  So far as I can now discern, Imperial Majesty has no known association with this number.  It is, indeed, a true scam.  To what end, I cannot even begin to imagine, but identity fraud is what first comes to mind.   Whatever you do, do not give out any private information to this guy!

I got a call from 404-449-7586 Saying it was automated, and I would receive a free cruise for 2 if I answered some questions They said I would receive a follow up call within 72 hours.  An operator came on
line and asked my name, and phone number and city.  Then they, put me
back to an automated response, asking if I wanted free in home security
which I press no to and an automated voice, said they had received my
response, and I could hang up now.  Is this some type of Scam????
Are they just trying to find out, if I have security at my home?
When the operator, came on she asked what hours I could be reached at my home. I told her from 9 am to 2 pm which I now regret, is it possible they are going to break into my home.... This is really scarry.....

Called for 10 questions.  Answered, got an operator.  They took my info.  I didn't feel comfortable, so I gave fake info.  Then they asked me to hang on the line and subsequently hung up on me.  I'm assuming this is a phishing scam.  Don't answer.  As they say, "If it's too good to be true....it's most likely too good to be true."

They have a website. http://www.surveycruise.com  click Help Desk and ask to be removed.  One of my numbers they've been calling for a while the calls stopped.

I received the call just now, and did the survey via touchtone phone, got random questions about insurance, credit cards and diabetes. Then as I was transferred to a live person, I found this site and hung up. Thank you all for the posts! Who knows what info these people are looking for!!!

My apologies for the multiple posts, but isn't "Robert Bretl" (the name that now comes up on Google as the one belonging to this number), the same "Robert Bretl" who started this thread in the first place?  I'm not sure, exactly, what the story is here, but it appears either "Robert Bretl," or someone masquerading as "Robert Bretl," is trying to make people believe he is associated with Imperial Cruise Lines.  For what purposes, I cannot even begin to imagine, perhaps this is just a lonely guy wanting lots of people to call him, or maybe there is something a bit more nefarious going on here (?).  Either way, I would use great care in returning any call from this number.

I also received a phone call today and after reading everones notes beleive its a scam, nobody ever gives you something for nothing, they will take your credit card number and scam you, then you will not be able to get your money back.  .....don't do it.....

Same call, same offer.  Checked out the website 'yoursurveyrewards.com'. It's a 2 day cruise from Fort Lauderdale and probably the cruise is for real, BUT you'll probably have to sit through some sales pitch for time-share vacations.  Friends of ours fell for something like this once, and the 2 hrs session was very high pressure, and not worth the 'free' vacation.   Nothing is free.  Good luck to any of you who give it a go.

i got the same call and someone contacted me and it was 59.00 port charges and they said pay 538.00 to hold trip. they also offered me a 3day las vegas and orlando trip. i said i didnt have my credit card and they asked was my boyfriend was at home so he could get me the credit card number. they sounded to desperate to get my card number.

COMPLETED THE SURVEY, AND THEN SEVERAL DAYS LATER WE RECEIVED ANOTHER CALL AND TOLD US TO GO TO WWW.YOURSURVEY.COM AND THAT WE WERE TO ENTER OUR pHONE# AND ZIP CODE TO LOG IN. WE WENT TO THE WEBSITE, AND IT DOES NOT EXIST. I WOULD BEWARE IF I WERE YOU AND DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION!!!!!!!!!!!!

i got the same call an they told me it was all free nothing to pay. but i believe this is a  scam. they tried selling something to me so i told them if they would buy my truck i would buy there tickets they said no sir an i said thanks but no thanks try this bull s*** on some one else . so to all others out there this is a scam

THIS IS A SCAM. I got the same call (don't know the #)- answer a survey get free cruise to the Bahamas for two; go to www.yoursurvey.com within 72 hours.  I didn't but got automated call 3 days later saying I had 24 hours to claim prize at www.yoursurvey.com.  Checked the website - couldn't connect -it does not exist. Today a woman called from  Florida saying the cruise is free but I must pay the port taxes (US $118) today to reserve the cabin.  I said I want to check the cruise ship first and I was told to go to www.regalvacations.com.   Checked the website, it is not a cruise line - the website is for sale.  Also checked the BBB and couldn't find regal vacations.com.  I found regal cruises which has ceased operations in April 2003.

So was it any good or just some small cruise ship?  What kind of rooms did you get.  Is it worth the airfare?
