Caller ID shows up as DCS INC. After doing some research this is a company called Performant out of Lathrop, CA. It is a collection agency. They did not leave a message or any other information. Interesting since we have no accounts in collection.

I just got a call from Jacqueline asking if I knew one of my neighbors. I told her I didn't and she wanted to leave a phone number. I hung up and realized she called me by my first name. My name isn't published only my initial. I returned the call and ask who she was with and why she called that I hadn't given this number to anybody (I'm a home agent and use it to answer calls only). She informed me she bought it. I told her it had to be illegal and she said I was funny and not to call her again. Won't tell me why she even bought my number.

Called acting like they were a friend. Asked if this was the _mylastname_ resident. Asked to speak to Victoria and then called her Vicky. I asked them to take me off their call list and the operator said she was just calling. Sounded like a liar. I see know they were lying.

They are a collection company, but don't have all the facts. If you are related to someone they are looking for, they will call you looking for them. Then they will say you are lying. Beware......

they called us looking for my wifes sister.said they were the wellness center.and wouldnt tell us how they got our name.they hung up when I started asking questions.

Have gotten several calls from this number, leaving message and asking me to
return call. I returned call 2 times, got a machine and message from "Jackie", saying, away from desk or out of the office. Leave message, and she will return call. Has not returned call. Did not, however, ask for ss#. Glad I found your site.
