I received a call tonigt from this number asking for my husband. I asked who he was and he said Tommy. He asked my husband for Sergio's phone number and my husband responded that he had the wrong person. He told my husband that he looked him up in the phone book. My husband told him again he had the wrong person and ended the call.

I did a reverse look up, but to no avail. I then did an area code and exchange look up for 209 858 and it comes up as a land line in Manteca California and the provider is Verizon.

I received an abusive and threatening call from a Tommy Richmond, claiming to work for Diversified Collection Services regarding a ridiculous debt my mother, for whom I have power-of-attorney, supposedly owes the State of Louisiana - a state in which neither of my parents have ever lived or done business.  He began by being merely rude, and ended by being, as I say, abusive and threatening.

Make a complaint to the FTC website www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov.  These people called me about a deceased neighbor.

12/19/08 1206: someone called asking for my mother by name...I asked who he was...he said Tommy...I asked Tommy, who and what do you want?...He said he was calling from DCS and wanted to speak to my mother...I asked "What about"?...He said "a private matter, what are you screening her calls!...I said if you cannot tell me what it is you want, then do not call here again...He said "Oh, I will be calling again!

Bottom line: Tommy Richmond and Krystal Vega seem to work for this DCS, Inc. which calls eople trying to get your private and personal information such as social security number an banking information as well as information about other family members and friends.

We are on the Federal "Do Not Call" Registry...These people and this company have violated the policies of the Federal "Do Not Call" Registry as well as violated the FCC regulations concerning interstate and intrastate phone fraud.

Call your local and state police...and the police in the city from which DCS calls you from...as I have done...LET'S GET THESE AS_HO_ES LOCKED-UP!!!
